If you're looking for a "Disney World" resort-type excitement on the Lake - This is it!!! Newly constructed in 2007. This gorgeous home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, 2 large decks, a screened in porch, gas fireplace, Olympic Size Sand Volleyball Court, 20' Water Trampoline, land trampoline, Private Beach, HUGE Dock and floating pier with diving board and Basketball Goal on Floating Pier, foosball and air hockey inside.

Inside has 1080 High Def. 46" Flat screen Dish TV and a Blu Ray DVD player. You won't want to miss staying at this lovely lake home with a panoramic view of Lake Norman with Spectacular Sunsets. A-frame house pictured is not part of rental.

Plus, weekly rental comes with a free boating experience with water sports if owner's schedule permits. The nicest lake home rental on Lake Norman and priced accordingly at $4,900 per week for On season (May-Sept.) and $3,500 per week for Off season(Oct. - April). These rates include taxes. There is also a $200 housekeeping fee which includes all bed linens, blankets, bath towels. etc. Thank you for considering our home for your family vacation. About The Owner

I am in surgical sales and purchased this rental property with the idea that families could enjoy a recreation wonderland at a very special place that offers a variety of fun things for the kids and adults to do. Everyone that has rented our home has thoroughly enjoyed their stay and made wonderful family memories.

The Owner purchased this house in 2006
Why The Owner chose Lake Norman

This is the very best location on the lake with the best big water view of Lake Norman with a very large private lot driving into property there is a woods in which house cannot be seen from road. Also in a very exclusive, sought-after, neighborhood close to the Peninsula. Curb Appeal upon your drive-in could not be more impressive - All houses are in $1M - $5M range and are absolutely gorgeous.

What makes this house unique

The gorgeous Westward spectacular sunset main channel lake views are incredible. Large flat lot for football, frisbee, etc. HUGE water trampoline that has a slide, launch, and log to run down, basketball goal on floating dock, 35' tree swing, outdoor pingpong/pool table, hot tub, private beach, indoor air hockey and foosball tables, etc. This is without a doubt the nicest and most fun lake home on Lake Norman.
