LISTEN TO THE WAVES FROM YOUR OCEAN VIEW BALCONY, ENJOY SUNSET

My girlfriend and I rented out Robert's place and it was perfect. From the moment we got to the condo to the time we left, we had zero problems. We were lucky and Robert was in PV at the time, so he gave us personal instructions but nothing we couldn't have figured out from his email and info pamphlet sent to us before our trip.

The view is amazing on the back patio, the double pane windows kept the infamous Mexican noise at bay, it was clean and had every amenity to insure we could cook if we chose.

Getting to the beach was easy, however if you have knee or leg problems the cobble stones in the area may be a hazard.

This is a great condo in a great location and totally worth every penny.

We will be renting this place again.

Property was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The owner was very gracious and hospitable. Locations is a very short walk to the beach (about one block, down some steps) and very close to numerous eating establishments (Fusion Gourmet was great for breakfast and Badillo street is very close and quite a few choices, like Panchos Takos). As mentioned in the other reviews, buses and taxis are easy to get just outside of the building. Plenty of towels and lines provided, including large thick towels for the beach and pool! The large bottle of filtered water that was provided for free was an especially nice consideration. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks, Robert!

My husband and I just returned from staying here for 11 days. This extemely cozy and fully functional condo was a prefect mix of rest & relaxation and soothing ocean waves all day and throughout the night. With minimal to no bugs you can leave your windows and balcony doors wide open all day and all night. The evening brings beautiful sunsets that light up the sky with pinks and orange colors.

Everything you could want or need is within walking distance.

Don't forget to check out the fabulous places to eat; "Yaritas" was our favorite bakery to visit everday for fresh bread and other pastries. "El Dorado's" on the beach has a menu of fantastic food (there's nothing bad on the menu, we tried everything!) Next door is "La Palapas" on the beach with their gourmet foods and beautifully arranged dishes. How great is it when you can sit with your toes in the sand and eat breakfast?!! . "La Hacienda" is excellent for breakfast as well, "Archies Wok" has superb chinese food, and "Polos" has superb seafood of all types (the coconut shrimp and stuffed Mahi Mahi are awesome!). While on the beach you could be as lucky as we were to see a mama whale and her calf cruising just off of the shoreline breaching the water with flips and other acrobatic jumps. This was truly an amazaing experience (just like you would see on the Nat Geo channel). What can I say, we loved our stay.
