Attractive tri-level home with unobstructed ocean views from upper level living areas and two decks. Direct access to the bluff trail and a short walk to Gualala Point Beach and links style golf course. Light, bright and comfortable. Wood burning fireplace in living room. Private courtyard with hot tub. Free internet access.

Why The Owner chose Sea Ranch

We first started visiting the Sea Ranch when our children were small. We enjoyed playing at the beach and swimming at the pools. We decided to purchase a house at the Sea Ranch because we wanted a place for our family to feel at home even when we were on vacation. Our sons are young men now and still enjoy coming with us to Sea Ranch. We named our house Canyon House and have decorated the house with photos of canyons. This may seem strange for an oceanside home. However, for us, it represents a connection to our second favorite destination - the Grand Canyon.

What makes this house unique

Renters have access to three Sea Ranch recreation centers with pools, sauna and tennis courts. The house is a short walk to the Gualala Point regional park beach.
