Laketown Wharf 1736 - Also have 2 other 3BR Units at Laketown

This was the best place we have ever stayed in all 26 years of my life, traveling with my family! My parents and myself with my 2 sons and my nanny came along and it had plenty room for all of us. One week was not long enough, there is SO much to do. Thank you to Mike for providing us everything we needed and that you went out of your way to bring us what we had asked for, that was so appreciated and sweet. We will be staying here next year for sure bringing along my brother and sister in law, booking your 3 bedroom next!

This was our first vacation in 10 years and had never rented a Condo before so we were not sure what to expect. What we received was PRICELESS!! The condo felt like home and made our vacaton GREAT!! Everythng was as described and the pictures do not do the condo justice. The views are fabulous and I so enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my coffee and admiring the view. It was clean, comfortable, well equiped, and RELAXING. We ate in more than we ate out and were able to do this with the well stocked kitchen this condo provides. We really liked the central location of the condo as we were able to walk to a lot of attractions, the beach, the resturants and WalMart. We went on a tour of another Condo Complex close to this one while there and I will say we felt Laketown Wharf was much cleaner, better maintained and the staff a whole lot nicer. Our family is now committed to make this a yearly vacation desitination and the ONLY place we will be staying is here!! Thank you Mike for everything and for providing our family with a fantastic vacation and memories to last a life time!! I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to have a fantastic place to stay while enjoying their time in PBC.

This is the third time we have stayed at Laketown Wharf. The saddest time is when we head back north to Michigan. The view from the balcony is priceless, from the seventeen floor you can see the gulf, a lake with a watershow, a golf course, the bridge over looking Panama Beach on the other side two amusement parks, its unreal. The condo is equipped with everything, even a 52 inch tv. The fishing pier that is a short distance away offers a nice walk and great fishing, you can rent a pole or bring your own. Restaurants are great but the condo is so good who wants to go out and eat. We are so grateful to have this opportunity to enjoy Florida this much. We plan to make many trips back.
