This one bedroom updated, fully furnished condo is located on the fourth floor of the Riverside club. Located in the desirable 'C' wing, the screened in balcony gives you fantastic unobstructed views of the Marco River. This smoke free unit has a generous living area with ceramic tile throughout. The Unit has a 40 inch led flat screen in the living room and ceiling fans on the lanai and bedroom.The full size kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances.The bedroom is fully carpeted and features a king bed. The Lanai is screened in with tables and chairs. Elevator access makes coming and going a snap. 2 pools and hot tubs are available for your vacation needs. Docks are also available for a minimal lease. Riverside Club is a gated community with a 24hr. security guard .

The 275 unit complex is situated on the Marco River. You can tie your boat to a pier and have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico in 5 minutes. There are two wonderful pools and hot tubs overlooking the river. Three lighted tennis courts are also available for your use. Charter fishing boats are only a short walk from the Riverside Club. Marco Island is the gateway to the Everglades and many other natural wildlife areas. Local shopping includes boutiques, malls, specialty stores and over 35 restaurants. There are also 7 golf courses within 15 minutes of the unit
