Photos and Description of the Del Mar vacation townhome rental
Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Our 1,700 square foot home is located just 1 short (and flat), 2 minute walk to the 25th St Del Mar Beach lifeguard stand. The 3 bedrooms comfortably accommodate a Maximum of 6 people with a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 doubles in the 3rd bedroom.

This unit was remodeled and includes travertine floors, pear wood cabinets, granite countertops and all new stainless Kitchen appliances. All the bedrooms have TVs and the Family Room has a 40' wall mounted HDTV.

Our location is an easy 1/2 mile walk to Powerhouse Park and playground, as well as beachfront restaurants, like Jakes and the Poseidon. Make sure you check the schedule for the free Summer Concerts so you can enjoy a sunset picnic and some live music by some great local talent. Less than a mile away is downtown Del Mar and in the other direction, the Del Mar Race Track ('Where the Turf Meets the Surf'). Race season this year is July 17th to September 4th. Book early to get the dates you want.

Please take advantage of this great location to conveniently enjoy casual strolls on the beach, arrange for a surfing lesson or 2, hit the links at Torrey Pines (Home of the 2008 U.S. Open). The San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Legoland, Downtown San Diego and La Jolla are just a short drive away.

The whole family can have fun in the sun, or the sand or in the surf. Couples can have a romantic getaway, ladies can relax and enjoy a girls' escape with great shopping and spas. A stay here will create lifelong memories.

We have boogie boards, surf boards (beginner), beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and 2 bikes for your use (all you need is a bathing suit and sunscreen)! There is even a hot/cold outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.

Beautiful, Comfortable Home- So Close to the Beach!

The pictures don't capture how nice this house is! Fully stocked- perfect for a group or family who may want to eat some meals at home and visit the beach. And so close to the beach- easy to walk back and forth. Also very close to downtown- about a he owners are very accomodating and definitely want to make sure their guests have a wonderful time. Really enjoyed staying at this home!
