Excellent house of five rooms, three suites, all with split. Brand new, with little beach with private pool, large green area, a balcony, hammock, fully furnished and with permanent ventilation of the sea, is in a gated community with 24h security. The condo has a jogging track, gym, sports court, clubhouse with pool and kiosk space for reading, playground etc.. Located only 250m from the beach and the Lord Pope Beach People with beautiful pools, and 400m from the charming village of Praia do Forte, with its shops, restaurants, shows and attractions.
Nearest Beach : beach at 200 Metres
Car: not necessary

Next to the beach and the Lord of Papa Gente beach (Praia do Forte, Bahia), and also the charming village of Praia do Forte, the house is in a gated community with excelent structure of dipondo: Academy, Zen Space, Children's Playground, Club with pool, cabana and barbecue area, jogging track, Tennis court etc..
