Location is Everything

Our cottage on Cardium Street was picture-perfect. The cottage interior is open, bright, and comfortable. There's a screened deck which we especially liked for sitting "outside" in this very tropical setting of plants and birds. It's a great place to read or talk or enjoy a glass of wine. The cottage is located on a narrow road of crushed sea shells in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. There's no road noise because there's no traffic. You can easily walk to the beach. It's only a few minutes away. No car is needed. Bikes are available at the cottage, too. And not enough praise can be given to the proprietor, Hutch, who was very helpful in making our stay a wonderful experience. We'll be talking about our fond memories of Sanibel and Cardium Cottage for a long, long time.
