The house is rustic Atins, built of mud bricks adobo (typical of the region). The house has two bedrooms with a bed in masonry for double and single bed in each room. The central room has a round dining table for 6 people, sofa and masonry. The kitchen-pantry is wide and includes shelving, cabinet, table with chairs, two sinks work, refrigerator, and stove 4 burner. There are two balconies with a set of table and chairs in each of them, and there are balconies on these networks. There is also a peq. quarter pantry. The bathroom has a shower stall with cold, wash basin, shower and toilet with hygienic. In the outer area of ??the house for over a cold shower and another sink service. The terrain of the property has 1,600. 00 m², and is fenced with thatched coconut providing total privacy, there are several coconut trees planted some fruit trees (cashew, banana, minutes (custard apple), red mombin fruit, soursop, and others) and ornamental plants.

LENÇOIS MARANHENSES - ATINS: The Lencois Maranhenses harbor dunes, colorful ponds, mangroves, salt marshes and a nomadic people whose life is governed by rainfall patterns and sands. Caburé, Mandacaru are Atins and local communities within the National Park Lencois Maranhenses normally visited by tourists on boat trip down the River sloths, bordering the Lençóis Park before emptying into the Atlantic Ocean. The trip whose starting point Barreirinhas and can be done in line boat, chartered boat or voadeiras. Atins is the nearest village to the mouth of the Rio sloths and is the gateway to the Great Sheets. From Atins, you can walk to the park. It is also the town that reaches the beaches. Atins is the most charming village in the region, where you can find some simple inns and restaurants but with optimal food, such as Lucy's restaurant which is on the corner of Atins (within the National Park Maranhenses) is unmissable, and grilled shrimp that she does have international fame. The kite is hit the fashion spot of water sports. The beach Atins is one of the most beautiful in the world.

The Town of Atins is 28 km away from Barreirinhas, located at the mouth of the Rio Preguiças with the Atlantic Ocean. A trip to Barreirinhas Atins can be made voadeira (1h and 5mim) or Toytota the Road / Track (1h 15min). The house is located on Main Street in the Village Atins. It is approximately 150m away from the beach and 1km from the beginning Dunes National Park Maranhenses. The village of Atins is basically a fishing community with some vacation homes owned by Brazilian tourists and foreigners too. There are some B & Bs, but the village has few restaurants. Next to the house are the bakery and the grocery Alberto, are also close to Marco's Pizzeria-Bar, Restaurant in Elizabeth, Restaurant Pousada Rancho do Buna-and Restaurant-Inn of PedroBruno. A little farther is the Restaurant-Inn Brother.
