Take a dip in the huge private infinity pool or just relax on the massive pool deck with your favorite beverage as you watch the cruise ships go by. The pool and deck are unsurpassed in Puerto Morelos. Lit at night by a revolving color wheel and three wall rainfalls, this infinity pool is breathtaking! You may decide to sunbathe on the roof top deck that has the best views in town. The rooftop area includes a huge palapa with a table and 6 chairs, a stone propane bar-b-que grill, a sink, and a spacious deck for sunning or enjoying a cocktail as you watch the sun set on the beautiful Carribbean Sea. You may wish to escape the sun and relax on the enormous covered patio off the living area and just admire the gorgeous infinity pool and stunning views. Can you see where the pool ends and the ocean begins? The large iron table with six chairs on the deck is perfect for meal time or any social gathering. The colorful pool chairs add to the tropical ambience of this property.
A fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking your favorite meals. Your biggest dilemma will be where to enjoy your meal...so many choices! A new, large refrigerator with ice maker will keep all of your groceries and beverages cold. A cold/hot water dispenser is included in the kitchen amenities. Ample cabinet space is an added plus.
Living area includes sofa with recliners, love seat, and reclining chair. You'll love the 57-inch Vizio flat screen that gets all U.S. national network channels (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX) as well as local channels out of New York via Dish Network. The Dish package includes all of your favorites: HGTV, TBS, TNT, WGN, CNBC, movie channels, and many more. Vacationing at Casa del Sol means no more missing your favorite college or pro sports teams! Sit back, or recline, in comfort and watch all of those big games that you worried you might miss while on vacation. On second thought, just relax at the pool or beach and let ESPN catch you up later!
The huge master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second downstairs bedroom has a queen. Both have new, beach themed bedding sets, extra pillows, and high quality mattress padding. Bathrooms are shower only. Master bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen television that also has Dish Network television channels.
The third bedroom with a private bathroom is upstairs. Owners private vacation get-away is the separate upstairs. However, owners will never vacation at the same time as rental guests. The available third bedroom is upstairs and must be accessed by an outside entry. This queen bedroom has a flat screen television with American channels, ample closet space, a safe, and a private bathroom.
A Kids' Box is in the second bedroom closet. This huge tub is packed full of books, puzzles, dry erase boards/markers, crayons, construction paper, scissors, games, etc. for kids of every age. We also furnish a stroller, pack-and-play, and a high chair if needed.
Casa del Sol has an abundance of beach toys for the kids. For your pleasure, a two-man kayak complete with life jackets and four new bicycles (as of March 2012) are also provided.
The inside of the home is amazing, but the outside is PHENOMENAL!!! You will be THRILLED with this property!
You'll love the location of Casa del Sol. It is located directly to the north of Casita Blanca on the north side of town. The beach is tractor-cleaned every morning to leave you with a beautiful white sandy beach. The amble into town is about 12 minutes. This is truly a prime location. The property is managed by Roberto, who also manages Casita Blanca. He and his wife, Selene, are always ready to help make your vacation experience an extraordinary one. Caretakers, Adrian and Reyna, cater to your every need. Reyna cleans twice a week, and Adrian maintains the abundance of tropical flowers that keep the property looking like an island paradise.
