The location by itself is priceless. The apartment is steps away from the sand and the famous Belmont Park. Retailers downstairs and many shops around, bars, restaurants and much more in the Bay area. This comfortable luxurious air-conditioned apartment offers everything you need for a great escape right on the beach. Everything in this unit is new. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, slab granite counters and designer finishes throughout.

The location by itself is priceless. The apartment is steps away from the famous Belmont Park, there are retailers downstairs and many shops around, bars, restaurants and much more in the bay area. Downtown San Diego is easy to reach from here (15 minutes by car) and so are most of San Diego's attractions such as Sea World and the San Diego Zoo.

Mission-Beach is a San Diego favorite among locals and visitors alike. It lies between Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean and has nearly two miles of beautiful white sandy beach. The colorful Boardwalk at Mission Beach runs for three miles ending north of Pacific Beach and is always filled with bicyclists, runners, skateboarders and rollerbladers, and has designated lanes for walking. Bicycles and in-line skates are both available for rent on the Boardwalk right below our Vacation rentals which is located inside a Mission Beach landmark: The Hamels Castle!

  • Modern style in all bathrooms. Bathroom #1 has the latest in enclosed tub/shower with radio and lights. There is also a plasma TV in the bathroom and two high mounted sinks for couples convenience. In order to get in the high tub/shower, there is a small stool that holds up to 300 lb. We do not recommend this bath to people over the weight limit allowed by our step stool, and that includes ladies on advanced stage of their pregnancy. Amenities abound!

We are a local San Diego family that treat our kids to a week in Mission Beach each year before the school year starts. We have rented homes on Ocean walk the past few years and I must say this condo is the only one that made us feel like we stayed in a home away from home. The quality and the condition of the home is outstanding. I loved the safety and the privacy of being higher than the boardwalk. From the large patio, cozy outdoor sectional to the incredible beds and plasma TV's in every room this is a gem we will look forward to staying in each year. Thank you Claudia and your wonderful staff at the shops below. The ladies in the shops were very nice to our family and the guys were very helpful all week, a special thanks to Johnny.

My children and I, a long with our live-in Nanny, had a wonderful time sharing time in your beautiful home. Living in Phoenix, Arizona, we love coming to Mission Beach for some fun in the sun and a little R&R. We have stayed in Mission Beach for several years in a row, but your location and accomodations was by far the "bestest" we have experienced! I stayed in this unit in February 2011 for a trade show that was at the convention center in Downtown San Diego. The location right on the beach was fabulous. It allowed me to get in my morning and evening runs along the boardwalk and there were many fabulous sunsets to be seen right from the extra large patio of this unit. I usually stay in a hotel near the convention center, but the 15-minute drive in from this unit beats a hotel stay anytime! The unit was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The washer & dryer came in handy too.

I thought that the night time may be a little noisy given the location of the unit, but it was surprisingly quiet and I had no issues with noise at all. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

GREAT RENTAL AND GREAT LOCATION!

This rental is clean and updated, while the location is awesome! The only thing separating you from the beach is a bike path. The bed and couch are beyond comfortable. We stayed with our two children ages 3 and 5. We rented bikes just downstairs from the rental and had a great bike ride along the beach to a park. The indoor swimming pool and amusement park rides across the street at Belmont Park were great for our young kids. The Wave House at Belmont Park also gives you the opportunity to ride a wave without the need of the ocean.

We also discovered some delicious restaurants nearby using our Yelp app. We highly recommend Olive Café & The Mission for breakfast.

You definitely will not be disappointed with this rental!

My husband, son, and I just recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental over spring break. It is ideally located in the heart of mission beach. Walking distance to Belmont Park, shops, restaurants, etc. Not to mention a short drive to Legoland, Coronado, Sea World, etc. It was breath taking to wake up every morning to make breakfast and have a totally unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean. You literally go to bed and walk up to the sounds of the ocean. Clean, modern, comfortable, and has all the luxuries of home. Pictures don't do it justice - its better!!! Claudia the owner was easy to talk too and responded within minutes to any of our inquiries. Have to say Claudia - your onsite manager is a gem. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. You won't be disappointed.
