It takes only one minute to get out on the river by boat, so you can enjoy all your vacation without wasting a lot of time with 'commuting' like from those locations in the South-western part of Cape Coral. All three bedrooms have King-Size beds for your convenience, so there is no necessity to 'toss a coin' who will get the best bedroom. In the great room you will be impressed by a soaring 15' ceiling, a big screen TV and the 9' high sliding door to the pool area providing you with a gorgeous view over the pool area to the waterfront. The home is surrounded by tropical landscaping with mature coconut palm trees, so you'll really feel what 'Waterfront Paradise' means.

The final cleaning fee is $130.00, the security deposit to be paid cash to the house manager is $500.00. There is a minimum stay of 2 weeks for X-mas and Easter and a surcharge of 10%.
