The kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, blender, coffee maker and toaster.

  • Wake up in the master bedroom's king size bed to an amazing view of the sunset over the mountains & look out to the bay & downtown. Step out through either glass door onto the patio & soak in the sun. There are chairs & a coffee table in front of the large television with DVD. There is a generous walk-in closet. The master bath has a marble counter with 2 sinks & both a jet Jacuzzi with hand shower & a glass shower with rain shower head. The 2nd master bedroom has a king size bed with a view of the mountains & a glass door to the patio which goes around the building toward the bay. There are 2 chairs & a coffee table & a chest of drawers & closet space. The private bathroom includes a shower & sink with marble counter top. The 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds, a chest of drawers, & a view to the bay and downtown. The bathroom has a sink & shower as well as a closet with extra drawers. The fourth bedroom has a comfortable full size bed & chest of drawers with the half bath next door

Notes: Deluxe cinema room, bar/lounge area for entertaining. 8th floor is actually at 10th floor level because of the lobby and mezzanine levels below the 1st floor. The A condos of tower 3 are the only Peninsula condos with views not blocked by other Peninsula buildings, and the height is perfect.

This is our fifth stay in Chris's eighth floor corner unit. Its located in tower III, which is the closest to the ocean and a corner unit so you get the full spectrum of direct sunlight. The views are fantastic with frequent dauphin and whale sitings. The unit is well appointed and clean, good WiFi and has a US direct phone line. Chris is great to work with and his property manager one of the best..

We can't say enough good about the Peninsula condo complex and this spectacular condo. The owner is very easy to deal with and very helpful too, answering all sorts of questions in a timely manner. The condo is huge! Amazing views! It's well equipped and well taken care of. The proximity to a grocery store (an easy walk) is a bonus. The kids loved the gym. Catching a bus to town is easy and unique! Give public transit a try! The conceirge in the beautiful lobby is very helpful and will arrange a taxi should you need one. I would not hesitate to return to this condo.

Excellent Condo! Amazing View!

We had 8 people stay at this condo and it was perfect! Everyone had a blast from the moment we walked in the door and saw the incredible view. The owner of the unit provided lots of information about the condo prior to arrival and we very prompt at responding to any questions on the condo. The information he provided on the listing was all accurate as well. The wireless internet and free calls to the US was a really great perk too. The property manager that met us when we arrived was very helpful. He knew the condo very well and provided lots of great suggestions for our vacation in PV. We also had a maid that came every 2 days and she went above and beyond our expectations for cleaning the condo! We would all go back in a heart beat and had an amazing time! I would highly recommend to any friends or family.

I will tell my friends!

Just wanted to let you know we had a great time In PV your home was everything and more you had on the website. The view is amazing from all the rooms, nice to sit on the deck enjoy a glass of wine and look at the lights and the fireworks. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook in the condo. We did not even need the air conditioner with the fans and the doors opened we got alot of breeze. The staff at the Peninsula starting with your property manager are amazing, made you feel very welcome and safe. The concierge was a great help with booking side trips and saloons. The property was well maintained with easy access to the beach, we also enjoyed the pools. This was our first visit to Mexico and will not be our last, the locals are very friendly and helpful if you do not speak the language. I will tell my friends about your home and if and when I make it back to PV I will look to see if you are still renting. Thanks again for all your help.

I wanted to let you know that we all had a wonderful time in Puerto Vallarta. Our family created amazing memories on this our first full family vacation. The condo at the Peninsula was a major reason for this.
We all have told our friends how accommodation is well suited for family groups and centrally located to all the activities in PV.
Thank you for supplying the cribs and high chairs that was great of you and it made our lives easier.
