The house is located in Feldrandlage, in the outskirts of Conil, not far away from the urbanization Fuente del Gallo. It is only 500 m away from the beach and 1,2 km from the center. The last 150 m to the house are country roads. The small road which leads you to the house is shared with only a few neighbours. The house is very lovely arranged and well equipped. It is very suitable as accommodation for the cold seasons. On request, extra heaters (such as chamotte heating preserver) can be provided for the rooms. The house disposes of 140 m², 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms ( 1 x bathing tub, 1 x shower), 1 big living and dining room (approx. 30 m², with German satellite TV), completely equipped kitchen (gas-cooker, oven, dish washer, microwaves, refrigerator, ice box), 1 outdoor patio with big benches and dining table for 6 people, 1 covered terrace and a very well kept Mediterranean garden.

Conil is a small town, visited predominantly by Spaniards, and located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Costa de la Luz. Council is the ideal vacation destination, for those interested in a vacation on the beach, a cultural excursion, or active holiday. The town shows you the typical Andalusian life style. In the summer, the center is colourfully crowded. The people populate the narrow streets and the pubs till late at night. For those who enjoy silence, there are many isolated places and idyllic bays. There are nice restaurants directly by the sea, where you can eat roasted fish and enjoy a glass of Sherry. Conil is an ideal starting point for excursions to the highlights of Andalusia, especially to Sevilla (120 km), Cadiz (25 km) and Jerez (35 km). You can also follow the route of the “white villages”. Costa de la Luz is suitable for those who like riding, but it is also one of the best “Reviere” in Europe, for surfing and kite surfing. The surfers meet in El Palmar (6 km).

Sehr großzügies Haus . Mit einem wunderschönen Patio.
Dort haben alle unsere Mahlzeiten zu uns genommen.
Küche ist total ausgestattet. Viele Gläser und viel Geschirr. Supermärkte sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben gute Tipps.
Owner's Response: Mit der Bewertung gehen wir konform und sind auch weiterhin bemüht, dass sich unsere Mieter wohlfühlen und keinen Anlass zu einer negativen Bewertung haben.
