Notes:
Off the master, find a bridge, safely open to the living room and kitchen below, which leads to a small office area for those who need to work during vacation. The bridge* also leads to the private deck off the front of the house. The first floor is an open concept – the kitchen and dining area is large and very functional. Lots of counter space, a movable island overlook the dining room table overlooking the waterfront. The living room is spacious and bright with comfortable seating, games, books and a television. The house is equipped with cable television and high speed internet connection. The waterfront changes as the tide changes;a small beach is exposed when the tide is lower. This is a great place to bring a beach chair to and read. There is never a shortage of places to explore for kids – look for sea life in the tidal pools, dig in the sand or walk along the shoreline. * for those with small children, gates are provided to restrict access to upstairs without supervision.
