Quiet, charming, beautifully furnished one bedroom/one bathroom condominium near Destin's famous sparkling white sand beaches. Best condominium! Best price!

The condominium is clean and well furnished. ALL the appliances are new as well as most of the furniture. There are new bathroom fixtures in the master bath with tile floors.

The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The living room features a TV and VCR.

There is a community pool that has just recently been updated and is available for your use for free or enjoy the back deck furnished with patio table and chairs.

The condo is one block from the beach.

Fort Walton is 6 miles away.

Only 15 miles to Seaside, Seagrove and other small beach towns.
