Fine for the money

just like all units at the Signature, this one is nicely arranged and comfortable with a good view. for the money, it's a good value for the overall property and size of living area.
the unit does shows wear and things need updating and freshening up.
scuffs on walls, carpet and furniture stains and wear and a/c air flow and temperature need attention.
I'm used to good, cool sleeping conditions, and the a/c unit was working constantly, but the room never got below 70. it was reported to desk and owner, and it looked like someone did attempt to service it, but to no avail.
the cleaning service was the most disappointing- M&M's under the best, floor not vacuumed well at all, stickiness and stains on surfaces, no garbage bag in larger trash receptacle-
with this my 6th or so visit to the Signature, I found the tidiness of the unit below expectations.
the owner is very easy to work with during the booking process- and the price was fair, with resort fees, etc. being included in the cost.
I'd certainly consider this owner again for my next convention visit to Vegas and the Signature, but more than likely not this unit unless cleaning service is changed and studio room updated.
nothing to shy away from, but not the standard I'm used to at the Signature.
Owner's Response: Kevin sorry you had a less than acceptable experience. I know these things sometimes happen, but as you can see from the previous 72 reviews and the guest who followed you, the experience was clearly an exception. That said, I'd like to never have an exception and apologize. I've sent your review to the cleaning service (Blue Chip - which is also a property manager for other owners). They typically do a top notch job, and since I was just there 2 weeks before you and didn't note issues with the carpet I've asked them to inspect it closely and do a special cleaning if needed.
As respects the AC, I've not had that concern voiced before or since, and did send MGM maintenance up to check on the unit. I'll continue to monitor for problems with subsequent guests, and thank you for acknowledging my prompt attention to your request.
