Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-5)

Golf, tennis, health club, oceanfront fine dining, snack bar, great weather and a beautiful beach...... Amazing oceanfront condo rests above a long, sweeping lawn that runs down to Ponte Vedra's most natural and private beach. This downstairs unit is just steps away from fine dining and 2 heated pools at the newly renovated Sawgrass Beach Club.

This condo was fully renovated in 2010. It has a brand new kitchen, bath, travertine floors, new ceiling and walls.

Temporary membership to Sawgrass Country Club is available and must be negotiated with the Club Membership Office directly.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials. There is a day bed with trundle (sleeps 2) and a pull-out couch in the livingroom. The sheltered patio has a seating area with cushioned chairs and a love seat.

I grew up in Ponte Vedra and this condo has been in my family since 1990.

What makes this condo unique

Renters are able to purchase a temporary membership to Sawgrass Country Club when staying at our condo since we are equity members there. This would allow golf privileges on the beautiful Sawgrass Country Club course or dining privileges at the oceanfront Beach Club or tennis privileges on our clay courts.

What a wonderful time we had at Don and Lindsey's beautiful beach condo. The pictures are accurate, except that there is new porch furniture, and the condo and location are beautiful. You can see the ocean and beach from the porch, which is where we were much of the time. We became short-term club members so we could enjoy the golf and the Beach Club, located beside the condo. Don and Lindsey were wonderful to work with and a joy to visit with on the beach or the porch. We would stay again, if our life takes us to Ponte Vedra Beach.

We were delighted to find this lovely condo right on the beach. The setting is perfect....we found the condo is absolutely pristine condition....with upgrades throughout. We spent three nights relaxing and enjoying our surroundings. It could not have been more pleasant.

We have been staying at this condo in Sawgrass for about 5 years with our three young kids. We love it! The condo is perfect, the beach is divine and Lindsey and Don are wonderful hosts and (now) friends. Thanks for making our Ponte Vedra Week one of the very best of our whole year.
