Large deck with grill is great for outdoor entertaining. Large multi level yard. Spare room off living room turns into a 4th bedroom with pocket doors. Wooded paths along the Saco River. The property invites all to enjoy spring, summer and fall activities without leaving. Being minutes from N.Conway outlet shopping, the many restaurants the valley has to offer, Attitash Mountain summer fun, and StoryLand makes our location even more desirable. Notes: Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Iron and ironing board provided. Finshed basement with second flat screen 32 inch TV, blue ray DVD player and XBox 360. Two controllers with XBOX and it is connected to the internet, so if you have an XBOX live account you can play connected. Please bring your own games. Finshed basedmetn also has a bathroom as well as a pullout couch and plenty of floor space for a blow up matress. Room is great for another family to stay.

Our stay was great. Even though it rained constantly, we had a good time. The house was very comfortable and better than I had expected.
The grounds were well kept and the deck overlooking the river was great. Very close to downtown and local activities.
