Make sure you are one of the first guests renting this home, which has an exquisite furniture package and amenities that will make you come back year after year. The house has 2 master bedrooms; 3 bedrooms with 2 Twin beds in each. The Villa will accommodate 10 guests. The villa has been fully equipped with all linens and towels needed for your vacation. The kitchen has all big and small appliances including blender, toaster and coffeemaker. It also has all cookware and dinnerware if you enjoy cooking.

Golf: The well-stocked Golf Shop features all major brands including the latest styles from Ashworth, Adidas, Antigua, Glen Echo, Pukka, Titleist and Footjoy. Towels, hats, ball markers, and divot repair tools make great souvenirs. We're one of the best all-around golf shops in the Orlando Area.

Some great things, some not so great things

Let me start with the positives. This home is located in a great neighborhood. It was very quiet and we felt very safe. The location of this house is great as well. Walt Disney World was a short 20 minute drive away. We also went to the beach near St. Petersburg and that was only about a 95 minute drive. There were plenty of shopping and dining locations within a 5 minute drive. This house is also very spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 children and we never felt crowded.

Now for the negatives. The first 2 and a half days of our stay we had absolutely no cable services. This included no tv, internet, or phone service. Our stay occurred during Hurricane Sandy and it was frustrating not to be able to check the news. We asked the property management service if they would turn on the heat for the swimming pool and hot tub to compensate us for the loss of cable service. They said they would. I don't believe that the heat was ever turned on. The water was still very cold when we left 3 days later.

We also found cockroaches in the house. We found 1 dead bug in the kitchen. We found 1 dead and 1 living cockroach in the master bathroom. There was also a problem with the large tub in the master suite's bathroom. I went to fill it up the first night of our stay and noticed about an 8 inch crack in the tub. I was afraid to put water into the tub for fear of it leaking. This was frustrating. The hot tub outside was very cold and now I couldn't take a hot bath inside.

The last issue we had was while trying to cook using the stove top. The burners on the stove top would either heat up very hot or would not work at all. It was difficult to prepare meals.

All in all, I did like the rental home. I really enjoyed the location and the size of the home. I would consider renting it again if the above issues were corrected.

Amazing place to stay

We loved staying here. It was a great home, close enough to everything we needed to get to, yet not in a busy busy area. Whenever we needed anything we had great customer service and the owner got back to us right away. The layout of the home was great and it had everything we needed. The home was very clean and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area because we had a great time, we miss it already! Thank you so much for everything!

Broadmeadow Villa enjoys a prime location on the 3rd fairway of the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club, and is just 15 minutes from the major Disney attractions. The house is a modern, spacious house of nearly 3,000 sq. ft, featuring 1 King with 4-poster, 3 queens & 1 twin bedrooms & 3 bathrooms & has ample living space to accommodate upto 10 guests in comfort and includes a Games Room. The villa is luxuriously furnished to an extremely high standard and features include a large flat screen LED TV, Blu-ray player, Bose MP3 Docking station & Wireless internet access. The kitchen features all of those indispensable tools of the modern kitchen such as large US style Fridge/Freezer with Ice dispenser, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher and there’s also a separate utility room with washer/dryer. The covered patio provides shade whilst the view across the golf course is stunning. Our house will be appreciated by those demanding very high standards from a holiday or vacation home.
