25,000 Square Foot Estate w/ Heated Indoor Pool

I recently spent three nights at this very beautiful house which is perfect for large groups of people. It has many great amenities that are listed here. The best was the large pool with gigantic windows and a volleyball net. A recent addition was the heated stone floor around the pool which was great in the winter. The game room and outdoor basketball court are fun for families and groups of friends. I would recommend this place to most anyone and I'm planning to return. Thanks Dan for a wonderful time.

We just returned from an amazing long weekend in Narrowsburg. This house is incredible – the pictures definitely do not do it justice. We rented the house with a group of 30 ppl – and we could not stop shaking our head at how beautiful the house was, and how much space there was. The best part was that there really was something for everyone (a fantastic and super-comfortable living room for watching TV / playing video games / watching movies, one of the many games/activities in the game room (pingpong, billiards, fooseball, shuffleboard etc.), a giant pool, and a fantastic dining room, AND a dance floor. There was no reason to leave the house, but we enjoyed playing basketball and football outside, and several people went skiing at nearby mountains. An added plus (that we did not expect) was that most rooms had surround sound, so you could plug in your own music. It would be impossible to be bored in this house - fantastic for families or for groups of friends.

It was a very easy drive from NYC, and the rooms each had their own bathroom (this was HUGELY convenient). The house was clean, well-maintained, and towels and linens were provided. The owners were very responsive to calls / emails, and very helpful in getting set up quickly and easily.

Everyone had an unforgettable weekend, and we are already looking forward to renting it again next year. Thanks so much for the fantastic weekend - definitely highly recommended.

We went there and found that dance floor was under renovation, child room had paints so we were told not to go there. But surprisingly, after coming back, the care taker found two bar stools missing which is just insane. We were told kitchen door was broken which was okay before we left as we had the photos taken before departure and we were asked to pay for that which really hurts. Hot water was not coming in the morning which was painful for all of us and the living room was so cold because room heater was not working.
Good place but poor management.
