Patty is great to work with if you have any needs while your there. The condo was perfect for our needs six adults and a child. The only draw back was the walls are thin the people who stayed next door came in at midnight and they woke us up from noise. This is not typical because the owner is usaully the ones staying there so I'm sure they are aware if this and maintain better sound control. If you have a baby I would recommend the outside wall bedroom upstairs for this reason. The resort has great sidewalks for strolls or running. The area is nice and secluded. They recently had Ross dress for less come to town which is nice if you need any change in attire at a great price. Great location positioning for all the activities in the area.

I rented this condo for my family from out of town to stay in for a wedding open house for my son. It was super clean and decorated beautifully. It slept 6 comfortably and had room for more. Patty, the owner, was very easy to work with. I will stay again if ever I have the need. It would also be a fantastic golf get-away and definitely a great place to come to enjoy the sunshine.

A group of us from the Seattle area has been renting this and other units at Moses Pointe for the last 9 years for a September golf outing/tournament. The unit has always been in excellent condition, quite spacious and with great access to the golf course. Patty has always been very helpful and easy to work with. We look forward to returning again next year and for many years to come.

Home was so comfortable and clean-great floorplan. My 3 children and 2 grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and we would definitely return if we decide to vacation in Moses Lake. The owner is delightful to work with and maintains a beautiful, comfortable home. I totally recommend it.

Great place for Family Gathering

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Moses Point! Our grown children, a daughter, son and one lovely girlfriend, were able to join us for a few of the days. We boated, golfed, went wine tasting and ate at some great restaurants.The condo was very well equipped, clean and the beds were super comfortable! The temperature reached 100+ on many days and the condo remained cool. I particularly appreciated the shady back patio in the mornings, as I am the early riser. Coffee, reading and listening to the many birds was a wonderful way to start my day. We are looking forward to returning soon!
