This vacation home is a beautiful 2 bedroom, two bath garden view unit with the convenience of ground floor access in the perfect location for your relaxing getaway. With over 1270 square feet plus a spacious lanai extending out to a grassy area, there is a wealth of space for families to spread out and enjoy their privacy as well as warm and inviting living spaces in which to gather and savor the joy of sharing time together.
This fabulous home includes a gourmet center-island kitchen which is well equipped with cookware and utensils, confortable open living and dining areas which flow onto the covered lanai equipped with a wet bar, under-counter refrigerator and gas grill with a grassy area beyond.
The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king with a comfortable foam topper to expand sleeping options. The guest bath is accessible from the hall or from the guest bedroom and offers dual vanities and shower/tub combination. We provide luxury linens and hairdryers.
A full-sized washer and dryer make it easy to care for your family’s needs. All the linens, laundry soaps, kitchen supplies, and paper goods for your stay will be furnished for your convenience.
The master bedroom suite features a California King bed, ceiling fan, dual sinks, a separate soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has its own cable tv.
The queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping, and we can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The Kolea Beach Club, which is located just a short walk from the home, features a special sandy bottom children's pool that kids just love. Soak away your cares in the natural lava spa as you gaze out to the ocean or relax by the pool. The covered Beach Club Pavilion offers the perfect place to settle in with a book or sip on a tropical concoction as you relax after a day of fun in the ocean or adventure on the golf course. Kolea has just added concierge service at the Beach Club for guests which includes help with reservations for restaurants, golf, and beach rentals. The interior of Kolea 15D was welcoming, warm and beyond our expectations. A tasteful Hawaiian decor with luxury touches awaited us; the unit was well stocked, cleaned, and inviting. It was also a mere 5 minute walk to the grocery store, and hop from the pool and beach. A lovely and colorful path along the ocean made a wonderful easy hike. We would certainly return.
We stayed for 10 nights. It was a beautifully furnished luxury condo. Towels, hairdryers, soaps and shampoos were all there for our convenience. The air conditioning was a MUST HAVE. Relaxing in this beautiful resort after exploring the island daily was a treat. We enjoyed the pool, the A Bay View from the pool, the glorious sunsets, the other guests, the LAVA LAVA Beach Club, and the exquisite landscaping of this gorgeous piece of Paradise on the Spectacular Big Island. We hope to return if we can get a great rate.
We just returned from a 10 day stay at the condo. It was our first visit to Hawaii and it was a fantastic vacation and a perfect location. The complex itself is immaculately maintained, gated, quiet and safe. It is very convenient to everything you would want to see, excellent beaches, shopping, sight-seeing etc. The condo itself is extremely comfortable, high-end, beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need in order to make your stay enjoyable and stress-free. We had a minor issue with the toilet in the hall bath, called in the morning and it was fixed before we got home. I could not recommend the complex and this unit more highly. The only small thing I can comment on which left us devoted coffee-drinkers frustrated, was the old coffee maker. I had more coffee-disasters with that thing than I care to describe, and I implore the owners the please, please, get a new one! I would not hesitate to rent this unit when we return to Hawaii. In fact, I'm ready to go back right now!
We just returned from our wedding/honeymoon in Hawaii and stayed the last part of our trip in this condo. It was perfect... we absolutely loved it. We have stayed in other condos in the Waikoloa Beach Resort and this was by far our favorite. I am already looking to book next year. It was perfect.... thank you.
Numerous Hawaiian cultural programs and events are ongoing. Waikoloa often is the site for big name concerts, sporting and fitness events, and charity gala dinners. Farmer's Market weekly at the Kings' Shops. Luaus are held on a regular basis at each of the hotels. Come see what the Big Island has to offer!

Cancellations made sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival with written notice shall be given a full refund minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent plus the 13.4166 percent Hawaii tax on the rent. The security deposit and cleaning fee shall be returned. See agreement for further terms.
To confirm your reservation, 25% of the total booking amount would be due immediately, and the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. We accept all major credit cards as well as personal or business checks.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
