This can be your home for a wonderful stay in South Lake Tahoe! It is completely remodeled, updated, and set up for your every comfort and enjoyment. To balance your adventure-filled South Lake Tahoe days, your home comes with an updated kitchen that a chef would delight in, great entertainment possibilities in the form of high speed WiFi Internet, a stereo with an iPod dock, cable television with HBO and Cinemax, Play Station 2 with various games, 3 televisions (living room, upstairs master bedroom, and downstairs bedroom), 2 DVD/VHS players, and an easy to use gas fireplace to instantly make your home warm, cozy and inviting. The home is also ideal for families, as it comes with a playroom filled with children's books and toys, a high chair, a Pac-N-Play crib, children's videos, and interior decor with no breakable items within easy reach of little, searching hands! Our beds are also very comfortable, with the two larger beds having firm mattresses with soft eggshell pads on top. Well laid out, two bedrooms upstairs (a beautiful master bedroom with a king-sized bed and second bedroom with a queen-sized bed), one downstairs (3 twins total that includes a twin sized-bed and a twin-sized bunk bed), and a central bathroom on both floors. The house is ideally located in close proximity to all that wonderful South Lake Tahoe has to offer. It is across the street from a beautiful, pine forest, and just down the street from Bijou Community Park, which has a children's park, Frisbee golf, regular golf, skate park, and wonderful areas to hike and enjoy the great South Lake Tahoe air. The house is also located very close to Heavenly Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe, casinos, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, restaurants, boating, cross-country skiing, sightseeing and shopping, the movie theater, and coffee shops!

In short, it is the best of all worlds. Spend your days recreating outdoors and your evenings enjoying this wonderful mountain home with all the ease, comforts, and amenities of modern life!

Ideal house for family.

Had a great long weekend. House was perfect for my family of 4 and friend and his daughter. Kids loved the play room and all the toys-games. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen was well equipped and we did do some cooking. Property is well maintained. Location was also perfect. Close to skiing- shedding , lake.
Restaurants, Safeway, shops etc.all close by.
Overall a great weekend Would recommend to friends and family.
Owner provided great customer service.

Great house that is minutes from everything

Stayed there with some co-workers for the weekend. It didn't seem that anything was more than about 5 minutes away from the house. Close to Heavenly, Casinos, Ski Rentals, Grocery store, and many restaurants. Keycode on the door means you don't have to worry about losing keys which is a huge plus!

Owner very easy to work with, I would highly recommend!

Great Tahoe house for families

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for the adults and kids. Loved the playroom with lots of toys and books and the large backyard. Kitchen was great for cooking. We plan to stay there again next year.

We stayed her over new years eve... great location so close to everything you could need. House was amazing and plenty of room. Owner very nice and very quick to respond when you need him. I would highly recomend this house.

Beautiful place

We (three adults) stayed in this house for one week in skiing vacation. The location is next to Heavenly (5 min with the car) and near to several other skiing areas. Perfect to choose a skiing spot every morning according to weather and snow conditions. The house is very nice and in a good condition. The kitchen is perfect and appointed with all stuff needed. The owner is very friendly and contact with e-mail was very easy. Altogether it is a place to visit again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
