This beautiful, quiet villa is nestled in the popular highlands reserve community, less than 9 miles from disney`s doorstep in kissimmee, florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that orlando has to offer. with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for extended families, friends traveling together or for those that just need a little extra room, sleeping up to 10 people (even more if there are babies!). golfing oasis has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with a luxurious leather sofa, two more leather loveseats, extended cable tv, vcr, dvd,stereo and wifi for yourcomfort and enjoyment . there is even more fun and entertainment in the private games room with a pool table and air hockey you won`t want to leave!
Step out from the family room under the shaded lanai, have a barbque and eat al-fresco on the cushioned recliners, watching the golfers as you enjoy your meal. step on to the huge sun-baked screen enclosed pool deck, and dip in to the cooling and sparkling waters of your own private pool ( with optional pool heating)! when you are done in the pool, additional doors off the deck lead directly to the master suite. for extra added protection for young children should you need it, all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
The kitchen has been equipped with everything that you could need to provide a family feast to enjoy together either at the dining area off the main family room, at the breakfast nook, at the kitchen counter bar or out by the pool. luxurious sleeping accommodation awaits you with 2 king beds, 1 queen beds, and 4 single beds.
The master suite takes up one side of the house. it has a king size bed, a tv and patio doors that lead directly out to the pool. the light filled ensuite has a spa tub, a separate shower and double sinks.
The second mini master suite is on the other side of the house, at the back and looks out onto the trees. it has a brand new(dec2100) queen bed, a wall mounted flat screen and its own bath. the full bath has a tub/shower combination and a door out to the pool.
The front bedroom is huge and has another king size bed and a tv. there are two more rooms each with two twin beds and a tv. these three rooms share a hall bath with a full tub/shower combination.
