The Villas of Ocean Gate II #106 is just steps away from beautiful St Augustine Beach. This new Mediterranean Style condo has spacious interior with high ceilings & open living area. It is located in the Heart of Anastasia Island & is only minutes away from Historic Downtown. Relax & enjoy the ocean breezes from your ground floor patio overlooking a private pool/spa. Loaded with top notch amenities & custom decor it is over 1400 sq. ft. of tastefully decorated living areas. The kitchen is fully furnished & the bdrm/bths linens are all included. The Master Bdrm host a King & lounger which is perfect for a child. Guest/rm has twin beds and can be converted into a king. Just bring your personal items. Park in a private, ground level, covered garage right in front of this unit. Beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis courts and wireless internet are provided. If this condo is rented there are several other units available. Great for family reunions.

Property information: The Villas of Ocean Gate II has 27 condos in the building. Ground floor covered parking with an enclosed elevator will take you just steps to any door. There is an open upper deck parking on the second floor so there is never a shortage of parking spaces. The pool and sundeck are very conveniently located to each condo as well. Just before reaching the ocean a large gazebo provides a shade to enjoy the beautiful ocean waves. Many guest enjoy the gazebo to sit and watch the gorgeous sunrises and serene sunsets.

Variety of Restaurants within a mile of condo: Publix & Winn Dixie shopping plazas are approx. a mile up A1A toward Historic Downtown, only 6 miles North. The Famous Oasis restaurant, Saltwater Cowboys on the Intracoastal with Marsh view, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Zaharias Greek, Wildflower Cafe, Purple Olive Fine Dining, Seafood Kitchen, Romarios Deli, Finnegans Wake Irish Pub & Grill, La Strada Italian, Lucky Garden Chinese, Tokya Thai, Casa Maria Authentic Mexican, Subway, Starbuck's & Sea Oats Caffe are all great restaurants and very close. There are so many more to choose from on Beach Blvd, A1A just before crossing the bridge & of course Historic downtown. A welcome package with menus, guides and brochures will await your arrival. Old Town Trolley Tours or Ripley's Sightseeing Trains are great narrated tours and you can get off and on for dining, shopping or signtseeing. Horse Drawn Carriages are available for that special family or romantic tour. Come see and enjoy our wonderful City.

About Patty Arnold

I managed Apartment communities for ten years, my last was 570 units in Tallahassee, Florida. Dick and I married in 2005 and moved to New Smyrna to manage a condo community on the beach. We visited St. Augustine and fell in love with the City and Beach. A condo property management job opened on the beach and we took the job. Everything has only gotten better for us.

Why Patty Arnold chose Anastasia Island

Dick and I purchased Villas 106 as a rental investment. We chose this property because it is new, large, oceanside, close to shopping, restaurants, driving on the beach and only 6 miles to Historic Downtown. The owners of Ocean Gate saw how much I rented our condo so ask that I rent theirs as well. Thus started our business, St. Augustine Beach Vacation Rentals. We now have 40 properties listed, vacation and long term rentals and all our vacation rentals are along the beach. Please contact owners for website to view other units and reviews.

Villa 106 Beachside- AMAZING!! This is our 2nd stay with Patty & Dick & it won't be our last! (We started at Pierpoint 38 last visit). I used to think customer service was dead until I worked with this dynamic duo. They have thought of everything & the condo is by far the nicest one we have stayed in here in St. Augustine. Pictures do NOT do it justice! It is well stocked, beautifully decorated, everything is clean and new. The furniture is classy. Ample covered parking for you and guests. We have traveled all over, but we have NEVER found the care, attention to detail and magnificent customer service as we have found with this company! Simply the BEST! We are already looking at the calendar to see when we can come back.

Comments: We visited Villas 106 on May 19th-26th and had a wonderful stay! The Condo is beautiful and has everything you could need for a week stay. The Condo is great for couples with infants as the Master has two very large walk in closets. We actually set up our pak-n-play in one of the vented closets so our son could nap in a dark room. It worked out perfect! The master bath is exceptional. The Condo's location is perfect, it's very close to downtown St. Augustine but also very convenient to the interstate. We actually drove to Orlando twice and visited Universal Island of Adventures and the drive was not bad at all! Our family also rented Unit 101 and we grilled out several time while there. The owners where kind enough to bring us a new gas tank when the one on the grill ran out. We had a lovely stay and can't wait to return in the fall! We've stayed in St. Augustine many times and this complex is by far the best! The walk to the beach is not bad at all, maybe a 3-5 min. walk! It was also a pleasure to have our little Sheltie with us on the trip! Thank you Patty! We loved your condo!

Comments: Dick, Patty and Kimberly, I wanted to take the time to thank you for the wonderful stay in your condo Villas at Ocean Gate #106. It is truly an amazing condo. The photos do not give justice to this beautiful haven by the beach. The sign posted in the kitchen when we arrived said "Welcome Morris's" and we truly felt welcome. This was an amazing vacation thanks to the thoughtfulness of the st augustine vacation team. We had a long journey from our home in Tennessee and were pleasantly surprised when we called around 12:30 on check in day and Patty said "Come on down". The kitchen is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly ever need. The hall table has a wonderful book full of suggested activities. We enjoyed the use of the awesome beach cart not only on the beach, but on the pier to haul my husband's fishing poles and tackle boxes. The location poolside has been a true blessing as we have 3 teenagers. I would recommend this condo to anyone and plan to return!
