Great Choice and Value for the Money

My wife, daughter and I have stayed at this property in the past, and we were excited to return! Joanne and William are great owners and keep their vacation home well maintained and clean! They are also easy to deal with and maintain excellent communication. The house recently received new carpeting and is just a warm, relaxing, and clean place to stay. The open floor plan is excellent! The kitchen, dining room and livingroom are distinct seperate rooms, but you aren't isolated from each other. Also love that there is a washer and drier on premises to use if necessary! The pool has a solar heating system which has kept the pool temperature at a comfortable temperature for us, without having to pay for the additional expense of pool heat. Great neighborhood location, quiet, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, theme parks and the amenities of Kissimmee. We are already looking forward to returning to this vacation home in the future!
