Smoky Mountain High is perched above Gatlinburg with a close-up view of Mount LeConte and the surrounding Smoky Mountains. Four bedrooms have king beds, jacuzzi and attached full bathroom. The 5th bedroom is furnished with 2 sets of log bunk beds. The loft bedroom is private and has 2 twin beds. Each room in the house features a fantastic panoramic view of the wonderful scenery. The 3 decks entice you to sit outside and absorb the scenery. Relax and enjoy the hot tub while gazing at the majestic Smoky Mountains. The cabin has 3 fire places, pool table, board games, air hockey, arcade games and Foosball. Wireless Internet is throughout the entire cabin!

Location and Parking: Smoky Mountain High is located off light 1 from the Parkway or you can access it from East Parkway. It is only a few miles from Gatlinburg and a short drive to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge Townsend, Cades Cove and The Smoky Mountain National Forest. You have easy access to outlet stores, restaurants & entertainment.

It is close to everything yet you feel so far away in this tranquil paradise!

There is plenty of parking in our private parking area. 6 - 8 cars can easily fit!

What's in the cabin?: Enjoy the hot tub, 4 jacuzzi tubss, 8 TVs, rocking chairs, wireless internet, videos, and 2 game rooms with arcade game, play station 2, pool table, foos ball, air hockey, dart and board games.

Smoky Mountain High is a fully equipped cabin. You have plenty of pots, pans, knives, dishes, etc. in the kitchen. Plus enough towels and linen for the bedrooms and bathrooms, games, hair dryers, alarm clocks, books, magazines, videos and more. We also supply you with soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins and a full selection of seasonings. You don't need to pack up your house to visit ours!

About Tom or Lucinda

We live in Miami, Fl but in addition to the beaches, we love the mountains. The friendly people in Tennessee are the main reason we wanted to continue to visit the Smoky Mountains. Tom grew up in in Switzerland and Lucinda grew up in New York state. Together we have traveled to many countries for hiking and beach vacations but the Smoky Mountains and the Gulf of Florida are tops on our list. We enjoy outdoor activities and friendly areas! As soon as we can retire, we will be spending our days between Eastern TN and St. George Island, FL!

Why Tom or Lucinda chose Gatlinburg

We chose the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area for a number of reasons. It offers great recreational activities year round. It has something for everyone- from kids to seniors. You are close to everything but still feel like you are far away. The area has wonderful scenery, national parks, mild weather and friendly people. Plus the area is centrally located and easy to get to from many states. Our family enjoys getting together each year in the Smoky Mountains and we hope other families will too.

What makes this cabin unique

The views from the cabin are phenomenal! From each room and even the driveway! You will enjoy the closeness to Cades Cove, Smoky Mountain Park, Dollywood, shopping, all activities, restaurants and other attractions. In addition, when you are in the cabin, you will feel like you are a million miles away from it all! This really is a bit of paradise!

Christmas Family Reunion

We had several family members travel from out of state and out of country to stay in this cabin for a Christmas family reunion. It was an amazing time for everyone with the highlight of the trip being the cabin itself. There was more than enough room for the 15 of us and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The views were fantastic despite the rainy weather and the location of the cabin was also excellent. We were close to the arts and craft district and also just a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The amenities at the cabin were great and just about everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, was provided. It was a very comfortable stay and we are hoping to stay here again for a similar get-together in the future. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Christmas with the family.

The house was perfect for our family. The reason for the season was felt in the warmth of the love of the children and grandchildren. The view was awesome and all the chairs on the balconys made it possible for all to enjoy... Thank you so much.

Everything You Need. Great View and Quiet

This was our first experience staying in the Tennesee mountains. Everything about the cabin was great. We made great use of all the games. Especially the old style multicade game for all us older people. We didn,t really have a reason to leave the cabin. Food and grocery store is minutes away and they also have plate lunches for the peoply looking for a quick meal. The view was incredible and we felt secluded from everybody else. Their is a empty lot above the cabin and hopefully nobody will build on it. The hot tub outside and the fact that most rooms have a jacuzzi tub is very nice. The driveway is a little steep but it is paved. Gatlinburg is very close and mountain trails are minutes away also. We had multiple children with us and they were entertained pretty much the whole time. We cant wait to go back!!! Tom and Lucinda seemed to put alot of thought into the entertainment aspect of the cabin and also information inside cabin. You wont be dissapointed.

Amazing View

The view at this cabin is amazing. Plenty of activities in the house to keep you busy for a week without having to leave. A few minutes from shopping in Gatlinburg or groceries at Food City. Enjoyed the couple that own the Broom Shop just down the road. Went to Climbworks and had a blast. Kitchen has enough supplies to get the job done, if you chose to eat in. Cabin is set up to enjoy being with the family as a whole, in smaller groups, or having some couple time in your room or semi-private deck. Had six kids with us from ages 6-14 and never heard about being bored all week. Thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family.
