The 4th bedroom is a separate apartment with 2 twins and 1 full bed [sleeps 4], 2 leather recliners, private outdoor elevated deck, tile bath, kitchenette with fridge and microwave, wood floors, and a high ceiling with fan.. The Grand Canal comfortably sleeps up to 12.

BEACH, VILLAGE & LANDSCAPING: Siesta Beach, one of the world's finest is two blocks [approx 1/4 mile] directly up Avenida Del Mare. You'll love its crystal white sand which remains cool in the summer and fine to the touch. It's rare to find a canal home so close to the beach. Excellent facilities are available at the beach including lifeguards, volleyball, morning exercise sessions, bathrooms, tennis, snack bar and plenty of parking. It is within easy walking distance and a beach caddy with plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella is provided. There is also plenty of parking available at the Siesta Beach parking facility with space ofr 800 cars if you don't feel like walking.
Siesta Key Village, a bit like Key West, is approximately 1 mile north of Avenida Del Mare. Plenty of restaurants, shops and night spots.

The kitchen is essentially a professional chef's kitchen with capability of preparing foods and hordourves for large groups as well.
2 WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL PERIODS - Due to the economic impacts imposed by local Sarasota County Ordinances for Rentals of Private Homes, the owner's require a two-week minimum rental for all rentals requested beyond thirty days of today's date.
