Excellent torque totally renovated very comfortable, high floor, warm and airy. Ideal for 2 people. With double bed and mattress protector Ortobom with the same brand 4 pillows and cotton bed linen and bath pre-owned. Air conditioning, new refrigerator, closet with shelves and hangers for hanging clothes. It has iron and ironing board. Table with 4 chairs for dining in or put laptop. Rack with TV, cable TV and internet. Bathroom with electric shower, Box luxury shower and clothesline. Kitchen with utensils (cutlery, pots, cups, plates, cups), coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, small stove 2 burners and oven. Apartment is only by caring owners. There are no intermediaries.

  • Security deposit in cash to match the input and returned at the end of the stay if everything is ok in the apartment.
    Housekeeping and laundry service for $ 90 - 2 people (I provide 1 set of bed linen and towels 2 games)
    Over 15 days cleaning and dyeing rate of $ 110. (I provide 1 set of bed linen and towels for 4 games).
    If you prefer to bring bedding and bath is the only cleaning fee of $ 60.
    Daily for periods with different holidays or major events in the city.

    The light is collected as seen clock input and output.

    Minimum of 5 nights.
    No rent for long season.
