Pawling Apartments is our family home. The Pawling family has owned and operated is since 1978. We purchased the beach and boardwalk property for its ideal location at the middle of the boardwalk. Far enough away from the amusement rides so that they are not a noise distraction. Close enough for a healthy walk. Your porch has a panoramic view of Ocean Ave. The best part is the parking that is waiting for you during the busy part of the day and night. At this terrific location parking is at a premium. Here you have two car parking one behind the other, so one car is always accessible. Clotheslines have a pulleys from back porch floor. There are outside showers on each floor with two on the ground floor. Hoses make for easy clean-up for your beach chairs. Other amenities include an outside BBQ grill, bikes and plastic wagons. We are a quick walk to Boyer's market for take-out food, groceries and Wawa. Joe, our handyman, is helpful to keep things working in your apartment.

Stanley and Joyce have invited families to their Ocean Ave home for more than thirty years. Living in our original Ocean City apartment offers us many advantages. We are steps away from the beach and boardwalk. Stanley is an avid fisherman turned clammer. Of course my passion is keeping Ocean Ave. as an original apartment building with modern conveniences. My parents' home is steps away for an quick visit.

1206 Ocean Ave. is steps away from the center of the Ocean City Boardwalk and 12th Street Beach. An extra advantage for the 12th Street Beach is the large public bathroom on the boardwalk. Most importantly our property has parking that does not flood during major such as Sandy. Your car is safely parked in the rear, which is feet away from the highest point on the island. Although we do recommend that no one stays on the island during a hurricane. The building is pre thirty construction with large beam and a cement wall through the center of the building, making an ideal sound barrier. Throughout the year I ride my bike on the boardwalk, a favorite family activity. With the beaches proximity we make several trips a day. In addition we have bikes and kayaks that are easily assessable to your family's enjoyment.
Our family has a large reunion each year with members arriving from as far as California. It easily accommodates a variety of interest and activities. Still waiting for my girls, 23 and 26 to say they are bored.
