Beautiful/ Comfortable New Beachfront Condo at Punta Cana

We are a group of 6 adults 55+. We have stayed at private villas on different islands and this was our first condo rental. Would it be quiet, peaceful, and spacious enough? Yes indeed! The complex and beach were not too crowded. The people staying there were friendly but not intrusive. They consider themselves as being in a kind of exclusive club. Lots of people who come year after year. The all inclusives nearby have wall to wall bodies. Not for us. The living room was spacious and the front porch just fine and sufficiently private. We do most of our own cooking and the kitchen was adequate for just about anything. There was a small supermarket just outside the gate and a large one about 15 minutes drive. Quality of food was better than on some other islands. A varety of restaurants are in walking distance.
There was a major snowstorm that closed airports the day we were supposed to leave and we discovered we could not leave for several days. Monica let us stay an extra day but she had a new group coming in. Much to our relief, she found us a nearby condo to stay in! She was a real angel for us. An extra is Monica's cab driver, Franklin. He is very savvy and helpful.
All in all, a fine time. We go to a variety of islands and when we return to Punta Cana, we all agree that we will stay here. Thanks Monica!

We and our family had a great time at Playa Turquesa this summer. The location is great because is right at the beach, you even have sea view from the unit terras. Also you have the swimming pool just infront of this unit. It can not be better located. I personally liked the ground floor because you have easy access in/out the unit. The beach itself is amazing white, thin, soft sand and wide beach.

The unit itself has a crispy and fresh interior. Well equipped in terms of kitchenware, bedding and TV entertainment. You won't miss anything... believe me. It was clean and in perfect state. Through the concierge you can get water bottles an ice cubes upon request.

Just outside the condo there is a french bakery with great and yummy stuff. Also italian and asian restaurants.In the nearby you have restaurants at the beach for example El pulpo cojo and Jellyfish which both can be reach by boat-taxi.

The highlight for us was that next door there was a boating company offering all kind of excursions in the surroundings, we were able to just step in the boat with no waiting lines.
Punta Cana and Bavaro are turistic areas which have strongly develop in the last 10 years with all kinds of activities for young and old.

Location is great, near the pool, facilities are well kept and very beautiful. The apartment is comfortable and the decoration is very nice.We were a group of 8 and slept comfortable.
Had issues with the Refrigerator which was not working properly which made us lose food, Response was slow and not to my satisfaction. I had to follow up the owner and the property manager and we had to leave a day before without the problem being solved, by the way I did not get a refund.
As they say in the south, one day late and one dollar short. not coming back ever.
other than that I am sure people will enjoy the location as it is one of the best properties in the complex. Is very quiet safe and relaxing.
