Welcome to our totally remodeled unit! We think you will love the new kitchen and bathrooms. We also have new furniture and window treatments throughout!

This is a luxurious oceanfront two bedroom condo. There is a great view from the minute you walk through the front door! Fully stocked kitchen, all small appliances, pots and pans are available. There are two recliners in the living room, a queen size pull-out sofa, dining set , flat screen TVs and two completely new bedroom suits- King in the master and twin beds in second bedroom. There is tile floor in entry, hallway and kitchen. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted. We have a select parking space close to the unit! Laundry facilities are a few steps away on the same floor. There is a lovely courtyard with two olympic size pools, two baby pools, shuffle board court and deck overlooking the ocean. There are plenty of recliner chairs to relax, soak up the sun and watch your children (or grandchildren) have the time of their lives! We think you will agree that this place is like a little piece of Heaven!

Weekly Fall Rates- 9/6-12/31: $700

Monthly Winter Rates-12/30-5/1:$2175

Why The Owner chose New Smyrna Beach

My family has been vacationing in New Symrna Beach since I was 3 years old. My parents purchased this condo in it's pre-build phase and it has been in our family ever since. Now that my wife and I own this unit, it has been totally remodeled and updated and we take pride in keeping it well maintained.

My husband and I have stayed here multiple times and plan to keep coming back for years to come. The recent updates are excellent! Top of the line bathrooms and kitchen, confortable furniture and the view doesn't get any better than this. Easy access to all NSB has to offer. We've already booked our stay for this summer and can't wait to get back!

This is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in, after vacationing for 15 years. Everything about this condo is 1st class. We loved the walk-in shower, kitchen, and comfortable furniture. I would love to have the carpet in my own home. Our kids loved the two kiddie pools and two large pools. I enjoyed seeing the beautiful sunrise over the ocean from this condo every morning. We loved staying here and we will certainly be back!
