Tranquil privacy awaits you in our beautifully appointed, 3 bedroom, 3 bath Plantation Villa, featuring hardwood floors and 12' ceilings, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, open living area and screened porches make this 1700 square foot Villa ideal for 2 to 6 people!

The main level includes the living room with digital media entertainment system including wireless internet and a plasma TV. A large screened porch secluded by tropical vegetation is the perfect place to read or relax.

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, side by side stainless steel refrigerator with in door water/ice, electric smooth top range, and dishwasher. There is a dining room with seating for 4 – 6 and additional seating at the island.

Also located on the main level is a large bedroom with a queen bed and full bath.

The third floor has 2 bedrooms separated by a long hall and laundry room. One bedroom has 2 twin beds with private full bath and the master suite w/extra large king bed has a jetted whirlpool tub with a separate glass shower and Plasma TV and a huge walk-in closet.

Other amenities include: On-site bike and beach chair rentals. Outside Hot tub overlooking marsh. Golf Cart shuttle to beach and Center Street. Concierge services. Kayaking, fishing and other charter boat services available.

Perfectly situated in a Caribbean style setting, just 3 blocks from the Atlantic and 2 blocks from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach.
