Enjoy the fresh, crisp air of Northern Michigan.

This home sleeps up to 18 guests and includes such amenities as vaulted ceiling with knotty pine wood paneling, 2 gas fireplaces, satellite TV, and a very large covered deck facing the pond and golf course offering beautiful views of the natural surroundings.

The home is open all year and provides ready access to the many hundreds of miles of Snowmobile Trails in Oscoda County and beyond.

There are many miles of riding and hiking trails through the AuSable State Forest.

Nearby great Trout fishing in season and summer kayaking, canoeing, tubing and swimming! Mio offers canoe, tube & Kayak rental service with drop off and pick-up.

The breathtaking view on Cedar Valley Golf Course is what inspired us to build this beautiful home in 2002.

What makes this house unique

We enjoy the beautiful northern setting. Nature, golf, wildlife and the slower pace of life are a welcome retreat for us and our family. We have had large groups stay with us at our home as well as a quiet time away as a couple.

The night stars are visible from the large windows in the Great Room. Excellent views from the open loft!
