This luxurious private custom home in a gated ranch community was custom built in 2005 by one of the top home builders in the Flathead area. One of a kind mountain home with spectacular views into Glacier Park AND Big Mountain. Incredibly close proximity to Whitefish and Glacier Park and Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort. 15 minutes to Kalispell airport.

Full gourmet custom kitchen with AGA range, Sub Zero fridge, maple and soapstone counters and a formal dining room table that seats 10. Large walk-in pantry with Kitchen Aid stand mixer and accessories for every cooks needs. , LG washer and dryer in mud room. Large family room with massive stone fireplace and large balcony with table and chairs for out door dining. Wicker furniture for enjoying a cocktail or glass of wine outside on the lower level of the home. Incredible outdoor Dacor Grill, gardens and lush lawn where the deer come to visit you each morning. The downstairs has three bedroom suites all with enclosed baths- a large bunk room with custom built in bunk beds features large bath with through sink and huge stone shower. Our large Game room with Cowboy bar complete the home. Go to Great Northern Brewing Co. and bring home a pony keg for beer on tap from our built in keg-a-rator or have the caretaker pop on in so you can have a cold one the minute you step into the home. NOTE- our home is NOT suitable for families with children under 5. Designer touches everywhere- fine custom paintings,-watercolors and oils by local artists. furniture, fabrics and linens. Our home is only 15 minutes from the Kalispell airport (FCA), 30 minutes to the Western gates of Glacier National Park and 15 minutes to Whitefish Mountain resort. Ski runs are visible form the house . Drive into town for a round of golf, fine dining or a night of theatre. Rodeo, horseback riding, rafting the flathead river are minutes away. We can have our caretaker arrange anything you need for a vacation with absolute luxury and comfort. Watch movies on our large flatscreen, take one of the five bikes out for a ride- our neighborhood has miles of private roads for safe biking, walk down to the private lake . One bedroom features queen and twin, another bedroom had a queen four poster bed and our third has the bunk room with two doubles and two twins. Curl up on the sofa with a good book in front of the fire or take a walk on our trails among the Larch and pine and spruce forrest that cover the property. This is a perfect get a way for those who want privacy, quiet and breathtaking scenery. Recent tree and forestry work have opened up views even more. Perfect for the celebrity that needs privacy and peace.

After looking all over , we found Whitefish to be the perfect year round get away with every possible amenity. It is truly a perfect town.

We love to call it home away from home.

The home was beautiful. The owners and groundkeepers were very nice. We felt very safe and the house was absolutely gorgeous!!!!
Thanks Meggan!!!! A far cry from Mississippi but we LOVED it.
I have highly recommended this home to my friends and family. Want to come back in February to see LOTS of Snow!!!!!

This home is beautiful, the area is very secluded and private. Takes about 20 minutes to drive to airport. The owner provided a book with area info which was most helpful. No problems during the stay. Would recommend this property highly to someone not wanting hustle and bustle and crowding of hotels. Whitefish is about 10 to 15 minute drive, 30 minute drive to GNP. Very good location to visit entire Flathead area, which we did and used the recommendations in the book provided by owner. Beautiful property and area to visit and call home for a short time. Feel priviledged to have stayed here.

Amazing!!!

My husband and I stayed in this home in early Aug.2012. The pictures of this home do not do it justice. It went beyond our expectations. The home was tastefully decorated and immaculate. My favorite places were the huge leather sofa in the game room (for napping, reading a book or watching a movie) and the back deck with views into Glacier. I was not expecting such lovely landscaping/seasonal flowers. The owner was super friendly/helpful and quick to respond to my emails. She even had the caretaker leave breakfast items in the frig. since our flight arrived after 11 p.m. If I lived within driving distance, I would def. stay in this home again. Unfortunately we live across the country, but should we ever return to the Flathead/Glacier area, we will return to this beautiful home.

Relaxing in the wilderness in such an elegant home

We enjoyed a fabulous summer week in Whitefish. The air is so clean and fresh, it is invigorating. We biked around the neighborhood, hiked the wilderness behind the house and watched deer venture on to the property every evening. The home is lovely and has everything you can imagine needing. The town of Whitefish is a diner’s delight. We took day trips to Glacier National Park. And we highly recommend a Sunday service and the local Episcopal Church. We would love to take all our adult children for a fall week here next year.

We have stayed at the Property #344122 twice (summer of 2008 and 2010) and look forward to going back again. It is an amazing house! The house is in immaculate condition and the view from the back porch is spectacular. As for the normal review answers: Yes, the location is accurate; Yes, the photos are current; Yes, the property is VERY clean; Yes, the owners are great to work with; and Yes, I have already recommended the property to others.

Now I need to tell you why this house is incredible and located in the perfect spot. We went: mountain biking at Big Mountain - 20 minutes away; hiking multiple times in Glacier National - 45 minutes away; played golf at two different golf courses that were great; and went white water rafting - 30 minutes away. Now we need to go in the winter time to ski on Big Mountain.

I tell everyone about this house and would highly recommend it to anyone.
