House, 4 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths (Sleeps 7-10)

This wonderful Nantucket family home sleeps 7 in four comfortable bedrooms, with 3 additional beds in spacious loft. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. This is a classic, rustic Nantucket post-and-beam saltbox design with rough-hewn wood beams and open-vaulted living and dining areas adjoining an entertainment-friendly kitchen. The house is privately located at the highest point on the west end of the island. The dining and living areas and back deck overlook 50 acres of unimpeded conservation land and Nantucket Sound.

Panoromic water views on three sides are available from the widows walk that is accessed from the sleeping loft. A laundry room is available in the basement. There is a shed with four bicycles, beach chairs, body boards and umbrella for use by renters.

The house sits on one of the highest points on Nantucket and has stunning 360 degree views. It is surrounded by land bank land so it is very private and quiet. The kids loved the loft and 5 boys slept there as harmoniously as 5 boys can be anywhere! It is a quick bike ride to town and down the road from Dionis. We had a great family vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Had a two week stay this July at this property. All information was as advertised . House is great for a family vacation. We had 10 in our family. Extra bicycles and beach equipment are a great asset. We would highly recommend this house for those who want an out of the way (but convenient),quiet
nicely furnished vacation home. Best family vacation we have taken.
