On a corner plot, this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with pool and spa, set in an area of natural lakes and woodland, gives you a feeling of calm and relaxation whilst you decide which of the many parks, attractions or shopping opportunities to take advantage of next on your vacation. It's hard to imagine that Disney World is just 10 minutes away and Kissimmee is only 15 minutes away when you are indulging in a good book or simply soaking up the sun whilst watching the birds and small animals in their natural habitat from your sun lounger by the pool.
It's just a couple of minutes drive to the nearest Publix supermarket, banks, pharmacies, hairdressers, nail bar and restaurants including Pizza Hut, chinese and Chillis & to Championsgate Golf Course.
It has a large private pool and a spa, games room, free internet access and free calls within the USA and Canada. Your only problem will be dragging the kids away from the pool to go out to one of the many local attractions!
THE ROOMS:
LOUNGE
The spacious lounge features 2 sofas, one of which opens out to become a sleeper, and an additional chair. It is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans as well. There is a large TV & DVD with a selection of DVDs, books and games. There is also a CD player. Sliding doors lead out to the pool deck. All the rooms are tastefully decorated.
KITCHEN
The large and light kitchen is open plan to the lounge so you can keep an eye on the kids or be part of the conversation whilst preparing a meal. It is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, large oven and hob, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, kettle and teapot. It features all you would expect in the way of dinner service, glasses, pans and utensils.
There is also a dining room table with 8 chairs.
BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1- King sized bed, overlooks the pool, plenty of drawers and storage, Large TV in TV cabinet , a walk-in closet so big you'll never fill it! There is a safe deposit box in the closet too.
Bedroom 2- Queen sized bed in a quieter part of the house with TV.
Bedroom 3- 2 single beds overlooking the pool with TV.
Bedroom 4- 2 single beds and TV.
All bedrooms have plenty of closets and drawers
BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1- attached to the Master bedoom with a huge shower, toilet and sink. Direct access to the pool area.
Bathroom 2- with bath, shower, toilet and sink.
UTILITY ROOM
Leading from the kitchen is a utility room with a floor to celing closet, a large washer and a large dryer.
GARAGE/GAMES ROOM
The garage easily has space for 2 cars and also contains the games room. This has table top air hockey and Foosball Table There is a sofa and a fan to keep the kids comfy and cool.
POOL
Our beautiful large pool can be heated. The outdoor spa heats to 102 degrees. It faces southwest so gets the sun all day from approx 10am and backs onto a conservation area. In the deck area there is a table & 4 chairs and also 4 sun loungers. Poolside towels are provided. The pool and deck are covered by a lanai to keep the Florida bugs away.
ADDITIONAL INFO
We employ a local husband and wife maintenance team who are very helpful and friendly. We don't expect you will need them but it's great to know they are only a phone call away for extra peace of mind.
Our villa is on a corner plot so has grass around it on all 4 sides so there is no hemmed in feeling. There is a drive on the side that is long enough to accommodate 3 cars.
We provide baby equipment free of charge, including cot, high chair and buggy. There are ceiling fans in every room for your added comfort as well as air con.
A fishing lake is a 2 minute walk away.
