Do you want to be close to the beach for your vacation and stay in a comfortable, cozy home at a reasonable price? If so, this is the home for you. It is only 2 blocks to the Morro Strand State Beach and is located in a friendly, yet quiet neighborhood. This home offers comfortable living spaces both inside and outside.
There is a fenced-in front patio on the sunny side of the house that is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or sip that cold beer or glass of wine in the evening as you listen to the ocean waves. If you have children, the backyard is a real bonus because it is completely fenced in with a nice lawn area for the kids to burn off some steam. There are child-size chairs and a table for the children’s activities. The adults will enjoy this protected yard as well, where there is a barbeque grill and chairs for the adults to lounge.
This property is managed by Beach-N-Bay Getaways, a company that manages only premium vacation properties. We take pride in the high level of cleanliness and maintenance that you will find in all of our homes. Our homes are finely furnished and decorated and offer many amenities such as fine linens, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchens and all necessary consumable supplies.
The home has a combination living room and dining area that is open to the kitchen. This makes it easy for everyone to chat even though someone is in the kitchen cooking while others are working on a puzzle or playing cards and someone else in your group is watching TV. The living room has a nice size TV and DVD player, a very comfortable sectional couch and recliner. Wireless internet access is offered throughout the house and the dining room has a desk and chair that you can use to set up your laptop.
The kitchen is well stocked with all the things you might need to prepare your meals. Spices are provided and you may find some other basics like flour, sugar, oil, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc. There is a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, plenty of cooking and baking utensils, and empty cabinets available for you to store your food. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has a Cal king bed, a large walk-in closet, a sitting area with a comfortable chair and ottoman that you can escape to for some quiet reading time, and a private bathroom with shower and tub. The second bedroom is at the other end of the hall and has a queen-size bed with a small desk. This bedroom offers another corner of the home where one can enjoy some quiet and solitude. The 3rd bedroom sits between the master bedroom and the queen room. It has a trundle bed containing two twin beds and also has a large table that offers a good working space if someone needs to set up a computer and do some work while on vacation. (Let’s hope that isn’t the case!) From this bedroom there is a sliding glass door that takes you to the back yard making it a good room for the kids to come and go. The queen bedroom and the twin bedroom share a bathroom. There is also a fold-out single bed with a memory foam mattress that can be set up anywhere to accommodate the 7th person in your group.
The owners have furnished this home for your enjoyment and convenience. Nice quality linens and towels are provided. It comes with beach toys, a boogie board, beach chairs and beach towels. You will enjoy the original art that is hung throughout the house and the many books provided. This home is professionally cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
There are many good restaurants and grocery stores in the area and farmer’s markets are available nearby on some days of the week. (See the Welcome Book provided for menus and schedules)

We loved this house! We bring a vacation rental box of things we have found we usually need and everything was provided here at the Formosa home! Our dog loved the yard and front patio, our 10 yr. old loved the green reclining chair and the 12 yr. old loved the WiFi. Grammy loved the patio and hot water. My husband loved how CLEAN and well-kept the home is. I enjoyed the master bed comforter. The only downside was that dogs are not allowed on the beach in this area. We made many meals here at the house and washed laundry too. The newer appliances were a real plus along with the info book about the house and area. The neighborhood was quiet. The neighbors are all nice and friendly...we would stay here again!
