Adorable sunlit airy beach two floor, two bedroom apartment. Large living/kitchen area. 5 minute walk to the famous footbridge beach in Ogunquit. Close to the trolley stop on route one but on a quiet road, off the beaten path. Near restaurants, activities and shopping. Perfect for a small family or two couples. Full kitchen so you don't have to go out for every meal! Gas grill and picnic table for your use. Plenty of parking, on site no need to pay for beach parking. Features Wifi on the property if you do need check email while on vacation.

About The Owner

This property has been in the family for years! Shared and enjoyed by all members, they grew up here enjoying the beach! Family still lives, works and owns businesses in the area.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 1952
Why The Owner chose Ogunquit

Family owned for generations! This was our grandfather's home. He built this home one board at a time and then added the two rental apartments for income!

What makes this apartment unique

This property is so convenient to everything the Ogunquit area has to offer! The beaches, the restaurants, shopping and activities yet it is on a peaceful quiet back street.

My sisters and I rented this apt for a weekend to take our mother away for her birthday. The location was great- right on the trolley line and close to everything. The apt. was very clean and had everything we needed, plus more. We loved having a full kitchen- lobster and steamers made easy. The owner was easy to reach and answered all of my questions. I'm already talking to a few friends about renting it with me next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
