Canyamel is on the eastern side of the island. The house is in an estate of 15 houses which includes a pool and garden. Nearby there are 4 golf courses. The house contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Apart from the living room there is a fireplace with TV corner and a dining kitchen and dining terrace. The tower terrace is secluded and has a fantastic view of the Torre of Canyamel, the little town of Artá and the sea and lovely sunsets. Furnishings and fittings are to German standards, and the house contains modern electrical facilities (dishwasher and washing machine, drier, satellite TV and radio/CD). The sea is only a few minutes away on foot and the bay of Canyamel with its golden-yellow sand is just right for relaxation. On the beach and in town there are good restaurants and lots of shops, a bank, a pharmacy and a tennis court.

Canyamel is in the north-east of the island. The town is well-known for its Arabian tower and its drip-stone caves. Surrounded by a hilly landscape and mountains all around, with a lovely, well-maintained beach and good infrastructure and a nearby golf courses and many other sports facilities, it’s an ideal, individual holiday town. There are more little towns nearby such as Artá, Capdepera and Cala Ratjada with fishing harbours, bars, restaurants and discotheques. There are also lots of excellent restaurants and tapas bars. Well-stocked supermarkets and pharmacies are also nearby.
