House, 3 Bedrooms + Detached Unit, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Newly furnished, 3 BR/3Bath non-smoking beach home and poolside cottage directly across from the beach on beautiful Duval Drive. Open floor plan with granite counters and all stainless appliances, tiled throughout, alarm system, WIFI. Private backyard swimming pool is set in a tropical oasis beside the picturesque lagoon and gazebo. Feed the friendly turtles from the deck. Beach is just 50 steps directly across the quiet street. Ponte Vedra Inn and Club is just 1.3 miles south. Ride the bikes through this lovely, quiet residential neighborhood and enjoy the beach life. Evenings by the pool are special - feel the ocean breeze, sit beside the lagoon and watch the water fountain spray high into the summer night sky. Kids will love seeing the sea turtles hatch in late summer. IMPORTANT: Maximum occupancy 8 people and we cannot accept pets. Streetside is posted no parking and cars are subject to ticket/tow. No weddings/receptions/RV's.

About The Owner

Family warm weather home. Many happy memories of family gatherings. Kids swimming in the ocean and collecting sea shells by day and splashing in the pool at night. Adults relaxing in the gazebo beside the poolside and lagoon.

The Owner purchased this house in 1991
What makes this house unique

Beach right outside the front door, lagoon and pool out the back door. Biking, shopping, golfing, restaurants, watching the sea turtles hatch, feedling the turtles and fish in the lagoon. There really is something for everyone to do and plenty of room to relax if the mission is to do nothing at all.

Loved it!!! 30 second walk to private beach access, quiet neighborhood, property backs up to lagoon with many birds, beautiful landscaping (including palm and banana trees), small separate maids house which is great for individuals who need their own space and privacy, remodeled kitchen. This home was lovely and I had an extremely relaxing experience, I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Even though my visit was in March, this beach will not be swamped during the summer months. Close to the Ponte Vedra club.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
