The Owner: Wayne Hobgood: I grew up in North Carolina and loved the beach. When I was a kid, my parents and I vacationed in Key West and I fell in love with the tropical blue waters. I knew then that I would one day retire to the Caribbean. I began to scuba dive and travel to various Caribbean Islands but fell in love with the unbelievable turquoise water and white sands of Providenciales in 2004. I was a City Planner for 13 years, US Army for 3 years stationed at the Penagon, and a business entrepreneur for 25 years. I sold my businesses and retired to Provo in August 2004 to live my dream. I purchased the property known as 'Island Breeze at Grace Bay in 2004 and I reside on the property to give a more personable service to my guest.
