Just minutes from Boston College, Boston University, and many other Boston educational institutions. This is an ideal place to stay for college graduations, holiday travel, visiting a new baby, using Boston hospitals, visiting college students, business, or pleasure!

Kick of your shoes after a day of sightseeing and relax on your private deck sipping a tall cool glass of lemonade or favorite beverage. Have your choice of eating at one of the fine dining or casual area restaurants, or prepare your favorite meal in your fully equipped granite and stainless kitchen.

The unit can accomodate 4-6 for sleeping with an oversized master bedroom, attached sitting area, and an additional bedroom off the fireplaced living room.

About The Owner

Bob is a real estate consultant and Ginny is a registered nurse working in the Boston medical area. We're Boston natives and moved to Brookline so we could take advantage of access to downtown Boston, restaurants and entertainment. We live in Brookline so ask us for a testimonial

Why The Owner chose Newton

We bought 15 Garrison Rd in 2005 due to the convenient access to 'the city', and all it has to offer from fine dining, to sports and cultural events.

What makes this condo unique

perfect for families

Our family stayed here and it was just like being at home. Bob, Ginny and their assistant Kathy had great tips about the neighborhood and sights to see in Boston. We took advantage of the "T" for transportation. There is a market and great restaurants nearby. From this location you can literally access all of Boston, we visited the Freedom Trail, North End, and Harvard. Probably the best time of all was the tour of Fenway Park and sitting on the monster wall. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will book again to visit our daughter who just moved to the area for grad school.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I enjoyed staying here very much. The apartment is spacious and beutifully maintained. Bob & Ginny were excellent to work with. I highly recommend this apartment.
