The Villa Cap-Alizé is conveniently located in the 'Sud-Caraib e' part of Martinique, right in between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Wonderful beach after wonderful beach line up the coast from Cap Marin to Sainte Luce, with Sainte-Anne in the middle, where the sea and the ocean meet each other.

The house is exactly as described, airy, spacious and full of conveniences. Access is by some local roads. i.e. not smooth. St Anne's with some gorgeous beaches and a pleasant morning market is about 15 minutes. There are some coastal hikes nearby. There are a few restaurants around and the neighbour will provide a dinner if asked, be careful there, as she provided enough food for 3 days. We have small appetites, the quality was very good. We also BBQ'd fish bought from the roadside and had an extremely pleasant week watching the evening light from the patio. We cannot fault the property.
It is good that left over condiments are in the house, salt, pepper etc..
