This beautiful new custom home is located in Paso Robles in the heart of the wineries and oaks only 10 minutes past the famous Justin Winery there are over 200 wineries locally, olive tasting rooms, & a organic farm. We are located on a finger of the lake and 1 mile to the point to launch ramp to Lake Nacimiento where you can swim,waterski ,wakeboard, fish (with permit) and enjoy the lake. Only 35 minutes to downtown Paso Robles where they have the famous Midstate Fair, year round tourist events and several upscale restaurants and shops, here you have the best of both worlds.

There are bicyclists and hiking areas along the roads. If you decide you are tired of the lake, you can always travel a short distance about 35 minutes to Cambria or 45 minutes to San Simeon where there is the famous Hearst Castle and the ocean, this is the central coast come and see what you've been missing!

About The Owner

We love the oaks with the moss hanging down feels like your in New Orleans and the lake is great,the water is so refreshing the water is like glass great for skiing and boating.Along the shoreline you can see cows grazing . At the end of the day you'll see the amazing bright stars out at night. Our family is so happy that we are lucky enough to discover such a great place. A lot of things to do and create special memories and the animals are cute too.

We love the the lake, the wineries, the restaurants in town, friendly people and the natural beauty, aside form the fact we loved it so much we built this home from the bottom up. First class all the way sits 100 ft above a seasonal creek with a large deck area to enjoy the views of the mountains and enjoy the ocean breeze that comes over the mountain in the late afternoon.Only 1 mile to private point to launch your boat or jet skis.

What makes this cabin unique

This home is designed for relaxation if you just want to get away from the city and all the hustles and bustles in life and enjoy the simple things.If you get bored venture off to the wineries or go sightseeing along the coast. Or stay in and enjoy the large game room with a foosball and pool table for entertaining. Located right in the middle between Los Angeles and San Francisco the sightseeing is endless venture off to San Luis Obispo, Cambia, Paso, Cayucas, Pismo Beach, San Simeon go see the elephant seals, Hearst Castle

We LOVED our stay in the Levi retreat. Amazing accommodations!!!!! Everything that we needed was there from Coffee pots to a wok to an awesome BBQ with a view on the deck. The house was spotless and perfect for our party of 8. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent vacation rental. Children love to play in the creek.Great opportunities for wine tasting because lot of wineries. The house is large enough for more than 12 people with all kind of amenities.We enjoyed the house and the location.

Our post-Christmas gathering with our children and grandchildren was a great success and this cabin accommodated our needs very well. The location is beautiful even in the winter. The children loved the tire swing; their parents didn't like their muddy shoes. :) We would recommend the Pasolivo tour of an olive processing business nearby. Even the children were interested and the personnel were very accommodating. Christine, the owner was very helpful and we're thankful she approved our situation.

Awesome Time

Great House. Spent three nights and days with My Husband, myself, 3 son's 3 Daughter in laws 3 three year olds One 5 year old and a 12 year old. Oh and can't forget the 8 month old! Plenty of room for everyone, beds comfortable, lots of kitchen space. Played alot of pool! The veiws were spectacular. Warm and cozy. Would rent the Levi Retreat again.

Beautiful house and a peaceful getaway for friends and family

I booked the house for my fiancé, self and several friends for a weekend of rest, wine tasting and enjoying the scenery. This house was beautiful and fit the bill for all of our needs. We would come back here again and will definitely keep it in our file for great weekend locations.
