The house is located in one of the most beautiful places on Elba - with superb view on the Golf di Stella. It lies calmly in a large garden, not far away from Capoliveri (15 minutes walk) and 3 beaches (5-15 minutes). A large terrace, partly with roof is also at your disposal as well as a fireplace (barbecue) outside and inside. The house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bath, a shower outside and a parking lot.

Mountainbiking: In Capoliveri is the world's competition downhill race. The island is very convenient for cycling and mountain biking. You will like the houses and you will come back- nearly everybody gets in love with the island and its people! We come there its 17 years now! The water is really clear, there are a lot of nice little romantic villages- not too far away- you can make a tour round the island in about 4 hours by car! The ferry is not expensive and takes only 1 hour- please ask us- we will help you and answer all your questions- before you go (even on telephone) or when you need help in Italy we're always available by phone. The owner of the houses is a friend of us- he will be there to help you, too. We meanwhile had some English people- even honeymooners! So the tips for you ( with all that stuff where we think you should buy your bread, what you could do with children/ without, which beaches we think you should go to with small children, shopping tips)from us and our Italy

Sports: On Elba you can do all kinds of sports. There are a lot of courses, even in English!

Sports:

Golf: There is a golf area on the island, about 10 minutes by car.

Other Activities: all sports and many courses also in English

Entspannung pur !!

Das Haus ist erstklassig gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Man hat sofort das Gefühl, hier zu Hause zu sein. Die Küche verfügt neben einem Gasherd sogar über ein in Ferienhäusern eher selten vorzufindendes Backrohr und auf dem hinteren Teil der Terrasse gibt es einen gemauerten Grill.
Die Trappolina ist ein Feriendomizil, welches für uns absolut keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Lage des Hauses, so nahe am malerischen Städtchen Capoliveri und an den Wanderwegen auf und um den Monte Calamita ist für uns ideal und man kann vom Haus aus mehrere schöne Strände in kürzester Zeit erreichen.
Wir konnten das Frühstück auf der zum Teil überdachten, riesigen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer genießen und haben Stunden damit verbracht, vom lauschigen Plätzchen unter den Olivenbäumen in den Tag zu träumen. Der große Garten beinhaltet eine Vielzahl von inseltypischen Blumen und Bäumen.
Das absolute Highlight der Anlage ist die gemauerte Außendusche, die einen grandiosen Ausblick auf den gepflegten Garten und den „Golfo di Stella“ bietet.
Unsere Autos hatten direkt im Bereich des Gartens einen sicheren Standplatz und unsere Hunde fühlten sich auf dem großen Grundstück sichtlich wohl.
Bei den im oberen Stock wohnenden Besitzern handelt es sich um ein ausgesprochen liebes, älteres Ehepaar, das sich sehr nett um die Gäste kümmert und an Diskretion wohl nicht zu übertreffen ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir werden so bald wie möglich wiederkommen.

Einmalige Aussicht!

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liegt mitten in einem schoenen Garten. Die Aussicht ist einmalig, wir ertappten uns immer wieder dabei, in die Weite und aufs Meer zu blicken, anstatt zu lesen. Im Liegestuhl unter den Olivenbäumen war es so schoen, dass wir oft fast vergassen, ans Meer baden zu gehen. Die Aussendusche ist praktisch - und wo kann man schon mit dem Blick aufs Meer kalt und warm duschen? Die Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang bleiben unvergesslich. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend und aeusserst diskret.
Die Aussicht und die Erholung war so beeindruckend, dass Fotos die Bildschirme und Handies der ganzen Familien zieren.

Wir waren Toscana-verwöhnt, aber das, was uns hier geboten wurde, übertraf das Bisherige. Ruhe, Entspannung, Ausblick, Abwechslung - alles eine glatte Eins. Auch die umsorgende Betreuung vor der Reise tut gut. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder !

Traumhafte Lage

Wunderbar gelegenes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Blick auf die vorgelagerten Inseln und Capoliveri. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und uneinsehbar.

Die ebenfalls schön angelegte Terrasse – während unseres Aufenthaltes hat es überall geblüht – geht rund ums Haus. Der überdachte Teil ermöglicht auch den Aufenthalt im Freien an einem Regentag. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die gemauerte Außendusche.

Die Einrichtung ist gut, alles war sehr gepflegt.

Die im OG wohnenden Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die komplette Abwicklung war unkompliziert und professionell. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Lage, gute Ausstattung

Wir waren als 2 Paare im Alter zwischen 56 und 60 Jahren mit 2 Autos hier. Die Beschreibung des Objektes ist genau. Der Zusand war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr praktisch ist die vorhandene Außendusche mit heiß/kaltem Wasser. Der Garten um das Haus ist schön und nicht einsehbar; die Aussicht aufs Meer, über die Insel und auf Capoliveri ist total toll.
Die Eigentümer, die im OG wohnen waren sehr nett und während unseres Aufenthaltes kaum zu sehen und schon gar nicht zu hören. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten für Autos; der kurze steile Zufahrtsweg sollte jedoch besser befestigt sein.
