Lovely, modern, fully furnished home in Napa.

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath single story home. The house was build it 1910 and has been recorded as one of the houses that define the East Napa Historic District which is under the National Register of Historic Places/California.

The home is built as a single level bungalow style with a large front porch and is a few steps away from the Napa river.

The Interior of the home was completely renovated in 2009.

Renovations include:

2 central walls were removed in the kitchen living room area to allow for an open kitchen and an extra large great room. The house is bright and full of light.

The kitchen is built in an artistic modern design with top of the line Viking Professional appliances, walnut custom cabinets an extra large butcher block Island and sleek white Caesar stone counter tops to accent a vibrant orange glass back splash.

The living room features a wall of custom designed book case, flat screen TV and DVD. The furniture is elegant and comfortable.

The bedroom is extra large with a king bed, plush bedding and plenty of closet space

The bathroom is also custom designed and built in a Napa spa style, with a large open shower and a smooth river rock flooring for a foot massage while soaking.

The East Napa Historic district is a residential neighborhood made up of mostly early 1900s bungalow style homes. The area is very quiet and slow paced.

A short 10 minute walk will take you to the Oxbow Market, which includes a mixture of restaurants and specialty stores.

A few more minutes over the bridge and you will be in the newly designed downtown Napa neighborhood of first street. There are many great restaurants, wine tasteing rooms and art galleries.

Perfect for City-Goers

My husband and I just stayed in this great little house and loved it. It was walking distance to Oxbow Market, downtown Napa and Gott's Roadside, which we loved since we live in the city and love having great restaurants and shops nearby. It's a great open living room/kitchen plan with bar stools and modern kitchen and bathroom. Use of laundry is always a plus. Would stay there again.

My experience was just this - EASY AND ENJOYABLE. I contacted the owner via email from the site and received a very quick response indicating my dates of arrival and departure was available. The entire transaction took place via email making this a very easy process. Once my boyfriend and I arrived we couldn't wait to cook in the fabulous chef's kitchen. We really liked that you could walk 10 minutes to downtown Napa and loved that we were on the corner eliminating neighbors so we could have complete privacy. We will definitely stay here again.
