This Key West designed and built architecture reflects the interior and exterior of the estate!

Owners custom-built this home and carriage house in 2008. Construction took place over a period of 3 years with much love and care gone into every detail of this property. Owners Pat and Bob would be happy to help in any way to guide a potential renter to familiarize them with the area. There's an abundance of tourist attractions, such as many beaches; free parks; and all outdoor sports activities and beautiful running trails. Shopping districts and malls are all nearby.

Keywords: The entertainment deck view provides a peaceful setting overlooking beautiful palm trees and gardens. Carport access. Gas BBQ. Completely furnished with all high end modern amenitites including W/D; linens and top of the line appliances. Fully stocked with the cook in mind! We are big fans of VRBO and always in search of unique properties. Pat & Bobs "Carriage House" fit that bill to a T. It was an absolute gem of a find for our spur of the moment trip to the area. It was just as described in their ad & many reviews. Its even lovelier in person & has a "spa-like resort" quality to it. The King bed was absolute heaven with all the beautiful linens. The entire cottage was pristine. Not a dust bunny to be found anywhere. From baseboards, sills&ledges, everything sparkled. All the little extras that were included, such as breakfast fixings, fruit, cheese & crackers and a very enjoyable bottle of wine just sent this to over-the-top hospitality, if thats possible?
We had a wonderful 3nite stay & enjoyed every minute exploring the area. It was such a cheerful & relaxing place to return to each day after wandering around the local attractions. Sitting on the private deck at night, enjoying their lovely light-scaped yard & sounds of nature, was just sooo tranquil. Pat & Bob were very accommodating & easy to work with. They made sure that everything was ok after our arrival. We toured all the spots our hosts shared with us. The sponge docks, Howard & Sunset Beach, and our favorite in the end, Honeymoon Island State park. Thanks again for a memorable stay!

Beautiful property! Great proprietors ~ very welcoming! Listing description accurate ~ extremely clean & well maintained. We can't wait to return! We base our vacations on bicycle riding & this beautiful property was one mile from bike path & 3 miles from Pinellas trail.
We rode everyday & at the end of our long day of riding, we came home to this beautiful & well equipped
property. We enjoyed every aspect of this trip! It was great to meet you, Pat & Bob ~ and thank you.....

Fabulous Key West Cottage in Tarpon Springs, Florida. The cottage was spotless and absolutley beautiful, inside and out. Pat and Bob were very friendly and helpful. I could just move in and stay awhile! Located in very safe location and close to down town Tarpon Springs. The fridge was loaded with fresh fruit that was yummy, bacon, eggs, english muffins, orange juice, milk, soda and muffins on the counter. I would highly recommend staying here. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the sun.
Thank you Pat and Bob for a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our short trip.

This was absolute Heaven. More than what I was expecting, plus. The owners were pleasant and such wonderful people. This getaway was for my Mother and I (surprise to her) and she just fell in LOVE as did I. I am a local and would refer this cottage to everyone I know. Thank you for such a terrific time. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2+ week stay at the "Carriage House". The cozy and fully stocked unit provided us with everything we could have asked for. The owners are the greatest hosts. We just can't say enough to fully explain the quality of our stay.
