Arizona Getaway #B is an urban retreat located in a Historic Tempe neighborhood in the heart of the Valley of the Sun. This apartment is one half of a single level Duplex. Both two-bedroom apartments are vacation rentals.

Centrally located and close to Mass Transit and major freeways makes it easily accessible to everything in the Greater Phoenix area. A short one block walk to Metro Light Rail, public bus or Free Tempe Shuttles makes for a hassle-free ride to shopping, sports, or arts events.

Four Peaks Brew Pub is in a historic building two blocks away. A supermarket is one block away and Tempe’s newest mall, Tempe Marketplace is a 20 minute walk. Excellent place to stay

We had a great stay at the Tempe vacation rental. Everything was as stated in the initial information. The living room was well appointed and the furniture was comfortable. The 2 sleeping rooms were nice with satisfactory closet space. Bathroom was adequate and had ample towels, etc. Kitchen was well appointed with full size refrigerator, micro-wave, dish washer, plenty of small appliances and seating for 4. Back patio has seating area and BBQ. The place was clean and well maintained. The owner was very gracious and available for us if we had questions. We would definitely stay there again.

First of all I want to say that Gail and her husband are very cool and easy to work with. The place is a great deal as it has two bedrooms and is the cost of a inexpensive hotel room, yet it has a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and a nice back porch. Honestly the place is nothing over the top - simple and clean is a good description. I just found it so much better then a hotel. The neighborhood seems like at first that its not the best, yet after staying there six times I never experienced any danger or felt unsafe. Its more of as middle class neighborhood in Tempe. Its a great location close to so many grocery stores, shopping centers, and the college. Overall I would gladly stay there again and was grateful to stay there while taking my series of trainings all year.

Arizona Getaway is Perfect

The duplex is very clean and comfortable. Being located just around the corner from the light rail is a big plus. The listing was quite accurate. Gail was quite helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay again when visiting family in the area.

Great place in Tempe

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartments feels relaxed and comfortable, and the owners have taken great care in the details to ensure a traveler's comfort. It's within walking distance to shopping, lots of dining options and light rail for a little further adventure. There is also ample parking if you are renting a car. The unit is quiet, clean, and comfortable, we will return!

Hands down best place to stay in Tempe

This place couldn't be better and Gail is a fabulous host. It is located very close to light rail and bus lines (if you happen not to have a car) so you can get to ASU, downtown Tempe, Phoenix etc. It is newly renovated with very nice cabinets, etc., tile floors, immaculate furniture, TV, patio, fully equipped kitchen (including some spices), and even a washer and dryer. It's even nicer than the pictures suggest. Gail was a perfect host and even picked me up at the airport and dropped me off when I left. Highly recommended!!!!
