We moved to Tempe when Gary was attending Arizona State University in the 1980s and have and stayed here because we enjoy the culture and energy of living in a college town. We raised our family in this neighborhood and are now empty nest. We enjoy traveling and had a positive experience with staying in a vacation rental apartment that we booked through VRBO and decided to try it ourselves when one of our rental units became vacant.
We bought this apartment in Tempe because it is in our neighborhood, making it convenient to manage. Being near by and having lived in Tempe for more than 20 years we are a phone call away to help guests with anything they may need. We can offer restaurant suggestions, route information or an arranged trip to the airport.
The location is the best! There is always something to do and easy to get there. Whether it’s the Fiesta Bowl Block Party, ASU graduation, a festival, hiking, sport events or shopping and dining, it’s all close by. Being so close Mass Transit there is no need to battle the Phoenix traffic.
Close to many attractions like the Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Garden, ASU Art Museum and Tempe Town Lake.
